I eat there once a month. I like their burgers, fries, and especially their ice cream. Employees always are friendly. Price is very reasonable. I will continue to stop in for a butterburger and some fries.

I love Culver's, but this was my worst Culver's experience. They messed up my order, and when I went up to the counter to bring it to their attention, all the employees ignored me. Took literally 5 minutes for the old little old elderly old lady in front of me to make her order, and then the counter woman grilled me (no pun intended) and made me take apart my hamburger to prove they had screwed up. Then a couple minutes later when they made a new burger to correct their mistake... they brought me the same incorrect item. I wasn't going to waste more time complaining.This is nowhere near what my experience has been with service at other Culver's locations, so it really stands out.

Had a fish sandwich it was a half of a sandwich because I went through the drive up window. I was on my way to my destination and when I got there,I saw that they forgot the top bun on my sandwich .I guess you have to check everything before you leave .you shouldn’t have to ,it’s there job to please the customers and do things right I was disappointed because I was looking forward for a nice fish sandwich at colvers.

I'm fine with the usual wait at culvers but the person at the window stood there with their back turned to me without saying a word for a good 5 minutes. Didn't even take my payment during the wait time. Another worker casually chatting while the another visibly fluffing their hair. All while the line built up behind us in the drive thru. Only one car was pulled ahead. Funny I was debating on Five Guys or Culvers tonight and clearly made the wrong choice.

The two or three-piece fish dinner is off the chain. The burgers are great. The curds are even better. Don't particularly care too much for the coleslaw all the rest of the food is out of this world. Good quality, good portions. Just all in all good stuff. Desserts out the yin yang all kinds of flavors. You can create your own smooth custardKid-friendliness: The kids can get their menu soon as they get the bag. If they eat everything in their bag that they've ordered, they get one free scoop of ice cream of their choice with one topping for free. And if you collect the coupons and I think you get 10 in a row you bring those 10 back and you get to pick something out of the cabinet and whether it be a soccer ball football whatever
I am not a fan of fast food. This is the only fast food that doesn’t taste like fast food to me.

World’s slowest service. Ugh. Waited a half hour as the server brought out 1 item at a time to the 6 visible tables The mint shake was a disgusting spinach color too. Yuck.
