I ordered a medium cold brew, I have the ingredient ratio perfected. They gave me a large and made me pay for a large. When I told them I wanted a medium, they poured the large into a medium cup. This is the worst cold brew I’ve ever had in my entire life. And on top of that, these idiots tried to give me $.40 back. I don’t want $.40, I want my coffee not to taste like creek water.

The donuts tasted like burnt oil that was fried in. I ordered 3 coffees and they only made 2 but charged us an outrageous price. I will not go back.

The food/service has been ok for the most part. I've been going to this location for years. They've been upping the prices, which is normal, but now they've started asking for a tip in the drive thru...? Before you even interact with any of their staff, aside from the ordering speaker, they ask you for a tip. Who are you even tipping? What are you tipping for?... I'll be taking my breakfast money elsewhere moving forward.

I did drive thru and got wrong coffee twice already. It’s either they dont add sugar or they too much vanilla. They dont get the order right.

Really disappointing visit. Staff were giddy and uninterested, more focused on joking and chatting behind the counter than serving. I stood there for several minutes being ignored — and I was the only customer. The place was a mess: food debris on the floor, dirty tables everywhere. Come on, Dunkin’ — great branding, but your team clearly doesn’t care.

I ordered a sausage egg and cheese Croissant morning meal and when I got home and began eating they only give you 6 little hash brown circles for $1.81 that is rather aggravating. You definitely get more for your money at McDonald's.

Not going back to this Dunkin anymore. ordered a chicken, bacon and cheese croissant at drive thru. Chicken was half the size it used to be. Hope the one in Largo is not like this also. The price was the same but not the chicken.

The service level was very disappointing. There was a deaf gentleman waiting to pick up his door dash order. He had on his phone to pick up at 10:28am, and at 10:28am he tried to ask where he order was. As the staff spoke to him, they didn’t look at him, or try to help him. Seeing him being upset, I told them that he was deaf and the response was ‘he ordered door dash and we serve customer first’. I reminded them that he has deaf and that no one communicated that to him… they didn’t care. They were busy and clearly none of them can handle pressure as they were all very rude. Love Dunkin but will never go to this one again.
