Awful staff at the counter. They're only nice if you tip them. They manipulate to get tips. God forbid you don't have the money to tip 2 days in a row. They will make you weak coffee so you go back and maybe tip them. I've encountered this twice already before today. And today I had to go back twice to ask a rude ignorant female for a second cup with the espresso I paid for. And again my coffee tasted like water. So I threw it away..I definitely will not be back in that store

I just had to pay a $15 cancellation fee on Uber because they did not have any food to serve. It shouldn't be an option to order from there if you can not provide the service. Thanks for that

Probably the worst Dunkin I've ever been to. Seminole blvd and 86th ave. We were denied the ability to order food because they we busy, yet we watched them passing off food bags to other customers while we were sitting in the drive-thru. Then to add insult to injury, one of the frozen coffees we ordered came out with a literal brick of ice in the bottom of the cup.
As some who has previously worked at a Dunkin Donuts, this entire experience was completely unacceptable.
I would not recommend this location for anything to anyone. Not even my most despised enemy.

The employees are incredibly rude. They should definitely fire the blonde woman with bluish hair tips! She speaks extremely loudly, screams, and laughs sarcastically. Her disrespectful and arrogant attitude bothers both employees and customers. I will never return again.

All these good reviews are bold face lies! Ever sense the remodel and new hires, things have gone way down hill. Not only does the coffee get watered down (which is extremely obvious, we're not stupid) and lattes aren't much better. It always is literally just cream and sugar. My drink is always WHITE. And when I brought it to their attention that it's not supposed to be like that, I am met with attitude and told im wrong. I'm constantly in line for over 10 minutes in drive through when cars in front of me usually only have a coffee. It doesn't make any sense. It's hit or miss with the attitudes also. This is the worst Dunkin. Quality and staff
Won’t be visiting this store anymore. Service is awful. We go every Sunday morning with same order each time. We request everything be put in box instead of piling them in bags. Today was worst experience ever Only ended up with 8 not a doz and our special ones, apparently not donuts. He kept saying wouldn’t fit and they only use boxes for donuts. Again we do this every Sunday morning. Ridiculous.

If you don't know about these delicious donuts, you need to investigate right away. They're some of the most fluffiest & delicious licious donuts in town. Donut holes are my favorite.
When we are in America, we definitely go to Dunkin Donuts several times. The coffee is simply wonderful and there are plenty of other drinks, hot or cold. Depending on the season, something is offered to eat or drink in addition to the standard range. And there are good combos to save money on. The donuts are very tasty and fresh. The bagels are also recommended. The employees were very friendly and there was a good atmosphere, which put us in a good mood in the morning.
