The service level was very disappointing. There was a deaf gentleman waiting to pick up his door dash order. He had on his phone to pick up at 10:28am, and at 10:28am he tried to ask where he order was. As the staff spoke to him, they didn’t look at him, or try to help him. Seeing him being upset, I told them that he was deaf and the response was ‘he ordered door dash and we serve customer first’. I reminded them that he has deaf and that no one communicated that to him… they didn’t care. They were busy and clearly none of them can handle pressure as they were all very rude. Love Dunkin but will never go to this one again.

Walked in stood there waiting while they were running and filling orders…not a hello , be with you in a minute not a word just weird looks. Horrible customer service.

The big guy with long hair called me profound language in the morning because I came inside to get my coffee and I left the drive through because I had sudden need to go to the restroom and couldn't wait in the drive thru any longer

Its a hit or miss. Sometimes they get the order down pat, other times they are so understocked that you wonder why you bothered. Inconsistently inconsistent.

This review is mainly about the great service I had today. Ashlee helped me at the drive Thur on Thursday morning. She was warm, helpful and kind. I didn’t ask her name but looked at the receipt and hopefully I got it right. I would love to have an employee like her. I visit this Dunkin a lot and always have a good experience but today the service really brightened my day! Thanks Ashlee. ❤️ Also, the hazelnut iced coffees were delicious.

My review I love Dunkin but this place is giving Dunkin Donuts a real bad reputation. There is this one employee name Alex very rude very nasty. Nasty attitude nasty appearance nasty ways f preparing food. I have reported him multiple times and still allowed to manage people food. We the customers work hard for our money and decide to come and spend our money with your Dunkin Donut and because of one of your employees you going to lose a lot of great customers.
Waited 35 minutes for my iced coffee here as if it’s not on tap and all they have to do is pull the lever. Literally could have ground my own coffee beans and made it faster than these people move in here.

This dunkin is way better than the one on park; they actually get my order right… only thing I would recommend.. maybe don’t put the cold foam on the iced coffee till the person is at the window cuz it melts quick and PLEASE for the love of god HEAT THE CROISSANT STUFFERS UP PROPERLY. 😩😩😩 it’s a constant problem and I love these things; but they are NEVER hot.

I could not share the experience during this visit because as soon as I walked in a lady was cleaning the tables in the dining room and just yells at me I'LL BE RIGHT THERE like I was bothering her, instead of hi I'll be right with you she comes around the corner and I asked if she has chocolate milk and just with the snottiest attitude and says NOPE, instead of I'm sorry we're out, so I decided to walk out before I said anything hopefully next weekend will be better when I'm done working my 7-Day a week shift... if you don't like your job leave

If you can’t prepare a latte the correct way, ask for help. Don’t just throw crap at a customer and let them think they are paying for something they are not.
