Don’t go to Bay Pines Dunkin. Had the worst experience,went to get breakfast on a Sunday morning for my family visiting. I didn’t think my order was correct so I asked about it. I got the rudest explanation. She said her name was Linda. Not sure if you want this person representing your store. I get you can have a bad day. But leave it at home. I’m in customer service industry, some people just need education. Live right near this Dunkin, would drive out of the way to go to another location.12/28/25.

Everytime I order a latte from this dunkin they give me coffee like I can’t taste the difference lol especially the young lady they have, she does it every time. Apparently they’re too lazy to make a latte….. thanks

Recently went into this Dunkin and had a not so pleasant experience. After walking into the building, there was no one available to take our order, so we decided to use the kiosk. It went smoothly with ordering and payment. Unfortunately, the service provided was low quality. It took forever to receive our order, even saw multiple people come in after us and receive their drink/food before us. It very much seemed like they prioritized the drive through. Not only that, the female that finally started taking orders at the front counter was very disrespectful. The members here really need to learn customer service.

Ordered chipotle snack wrap with bacon and they gave me regular then tell me they don’t have chipotle wraps right after they made them for another customer in front of me. Disorganized and lack customer service skills. Don’t go to this location

Best dunkin in Pinellas. Super friendly and not always busy. Only during high pop hours like am traffic and when people are getting off work. Never have to wait.

Went to Starbucks a little further up from them and had abysmal service (wasn't greeted and no one even attempted to take my order - again, Starbucks are so overrated and have major bandwagon appeal)....left after a couple minutes of being ignored. Came to good ole dependable Dunkin (I do patronize them most anyway, they were just a bit further away and I was short on time for my lunch break), was greeted immediately, and had delish pumpkin spice latte made per my request and I was out of there, a satisfied customer, in a jiffy. Love them! Go Dunkin 👏👏👏
It's okay for what it is, but let's be honest, the food isn't great and nothing I think is made in house anymore. The staff all appear lethargic and asking the guy preparing my sandwich to repeat the number for the order was like pulling teeth. If you need a quick coffee, go ahead, but don't expect much.
