It's okay for what it is, but let's be honest, the food isn't great and nothing I think is made in house anymore. The staff all appear lethargic and asking the guy preparing my sandwich to repeat the number for the order was like pulling teeth. If you need a quick coffee, go ahead, but don't expect much.

Whichever employee that works every Saturday and FILLS my sweet tea with sugar please stop. If I DID NOT ASK for sugar it doesn’t make sense to fill my drink with sugar. Whoever made the drink put so much sugar I couldn’t even drink it!!! Please stop picking how to make my drink, and just give me it how i ordered. On top of that I got served burnt unchewable bagel bites and cold hash browns.

This dunkin is so bad compared to every other dunkin. Most of the staff is rude in the morning. But more importantly every time i go here my coffee is not good and i get the same order at every other dunkin and it tastes great.
3/26 around 8:50 I'll never understand why if you don't like your job why you don't get a new one or go to school for a new career. I pulled up to the drive thru and the girl sounded absolutely miserable to be there. How you greet people could help make or break their day. I wanted to give 1 star, but the girl at the window was pleasant. I ordered the loaded hash browns and instead of the chopped up bits they're putting quarter sized pieces on top, way too big for this item. Spend a little extra time on customer service and next time it could save you a customer! I have also noticed there's no responses to the people that have spent their hard earned money and are very dissatisfied. The owner of this franchise sets the standard for their employees and should be highly involved and how their establishment is being ran.

Drive through server rude and lazy. Typically if I order an iced mocha from some where it has cream and sugar. Not just chocolate syrup. guess at dunkin you have to request it. Going back to the pre-made coffees and not waisting my time at the store.
