I’m only leaving a 1 star review here because the lady that seemed the manager or supervisor on duty today March 10 at 7pm. Spoke so poorly and near abusive to the young man in the cashier who seemed new simply because he went to the bathroom. Nobody should be spoken so poorly, degrading and loud and specially in front of waiting customers. She was so nasty to him. She should honestly be reported to HR

This is probably the worst location I have experienced. Someone in the party asked to add a second party after the order if it wasn't a big deal. Well the cashier Claudia made it a HUGE DEAL. Tried to charge for two entireky different burgers. Then said she would get in trouble for refunding. The difference between was the two was more than $5. We offered to take a soda which was less to make it easy. Instead she continues to make a mountain out of a mole hill. She then went from speaking in English to the guy to Spanish so we couldn't understand her. Her service was completely terrible and made us feel very uncomfortable for what should have been a fairly easy change. There was no one else in the store. We will not return to this location ever again based on this experience.Dietary restrictions: Five guys is good with celiac.

I recently had a terrible experience with Five Guys in Seminole, Florida and I feel compelled to share my disappointment. I ordered from Five Guys through Uber Eats and what followed was an absolute nightmare. After waiting for almost 1 1/2 hours, I received a message from the driver informing me that the system was down and they were unable to complete my order. This was incredibly frustrating as I had a hungry family of four eagerly anticipating their meal, only to be left empty-handed.The lack of communication and efficiency from both Five Guys and Uber Eats is simply unacceptable. The fact that there was no proactive effort to inform me of the delay or the technical issues with the system is incredibly disappointing. By the time I received the news, it was too late to place another order and endure another extensive wait. The entire experience left a sour taste in my mouth and I am deeply dissatisfied with the lack of customer service and professionalism displayed by both Five Guys and Uber Eats.I expected better from a well-known establishment like Five Guys and a widely-used delivery service like Uber Eats. This experience has made me reconsider ever ordering from them again and I strongly urge others to think twice before doing so. It's evident that they have significant shortcomings in their operational capabilities and customer communication, and as a result, they have lost my trust and patronage.

Marquee advertises, "Try one of our milkshakes." I did, It was delicious ? so many flavors to choose from. Picked peanutbutter, my favorite. Will start at the top of the list and try them all.
Was extremely disappointed in the food. The bag the fries came in was half soaked in grease when handed to me, the chocolate shake tasted like nothing and the burgers were greasy, but really greasy. Lettuce and tomatoes were very fresh and love the pickles. I think the Five Guys need to do some QC for the prices they charge. Employees just going through the motions and not caring much about the finished product.

One star because they are so overpriced it’s absurd! Big Jim’s has a 1/2 pound angus burger with tots or fries for $11. Dalys Burgers right across is so much cheaper too!!! And better! Paid $33 for one bacon cheese, a BLT, a kid fry and a drink. Insane. Never again.
