This place is such a mess. First of all, an “Irish Pub” playing country music ?Second, the service was so bad. Completely ignored. Even waved hello and asked for help several times only to looked at and ignored. Blatantly. We were the ONLY people at the bar with about two other tables. We tried to kill the one curly haired girl with kindness and she was not having it. Would never got back or recommend. Can’t say anything for the food though because we decided not to order or stay at that point.

The overall flavor, food quality, atmosphere, and service quality were all lacking. The prices were too high to be worth paying. The fish and chips had fish that tasted like frozen fish sticks from the grocery store (not even taking their fish stick shape into account). One of the two Reuben sandwiches had very little meat (maybe 1/8 of an inch) while the other had a little over 1 inch of meat. The server lied to us, saying she said something she didn't say (after being told fries were desired instead of potato chips). The potato chips tasted quite bad. They were probably potato slices fried in oil. The oil was okay. There was no flavor, and definitely no seasoning (including salt, from what we could observe). The atmosphere was loud and had plenty of light. The food was very expensive ($18 for a burger) compared to other restaurants with similar or better quality food. They charged $1.99 for a 1 or 2 ounce side of either cocktail or tartar sauce. The shepherd's pie was with ground beef instead of lamb, which makes it cottage pie. They were out of one of the desserts. I was going to order the chocolate cake for $8, but didn't, and I was able to buy a mini ice cream cake from Cold Stone for $5.For good fish and chips (or British food in general), go to Jack's London Grill, especially on a Friday. For a sandwich, try Seminole Subs.If you're willing to pay $18 for a burger, go to Five Guys. For dessert, Cold Stone is next door.

Sat and waited 25 min for the bartender to take our order, which she never did. I gave up. The shame is there are plenty of waitresses that could’ve taken my order but I was stuck with the bartender. Maybe not have a bartender as a waitress ?

This review is about the Run Club, You seem to have decided it is no longer of value to you. First you stop the Run Club menu and now the reserved table was gone. If you prefer the Club to find a new home then just let the team know. Five Bucks Drinkery is an option. Runners still attend now out of loyalty, Loyalty has its limits and I feel you are pushing the team to reconsider just how loyal they are.

I can commend the atmosphere or decor, but the cooking doesn't relate to excellence or finesse. My experience often ended up with small portions, which left me unsatisfied. Additionally, the service was extremely long. I don't recommend this place and wouldn't welcome going there again.2/5 stars… Will not be going back again …God bless all of you!
