ordered a large #1- you gave me a fry container that only was 1/3 full. as much as things cost you could get the portions right.
I drive for Uber and on many occasions when I walk in to pick up a customer’s order, there will be 5 or 6 employees in the front that do not acknowledge that I am standing there. Today, everyone looked at me, but said nothing. I left after 5 minutes and cancelled my order. In a sheltered world nowadays, a simple “Hi, I’ll be right with you” can mean everything 😕

McDonald's is a restaurant that serves fresh and made-to-order food. The manager is doing a great job with their staff. The food is always prepared correctly, whether ordered during the day or night. The drive-thru especially is impressive, with the fries always very hot and fresh with the perfect amount of salt. The staff is in a good mood and friendly, with the blonde male working the drive-thru window this evening being the nicest human being ever, always having the best attitude. Even when ordered at 12 am Christmas night, they made 7 sandwiches fresh while the line was around the building. Though they sometimes forget some nugs, the food is amazingly fresh. This McDonald's is completely ADA compliant. While the drive-thru lines can become long, the great service is worth waiting for.
