The snack wrap is crap! It aint back! IT'S CRAP! I got the spicy and the regular. Both had gross chewy stuff resembling what might have been chicken, the sauce was all over the outside of the wrap. I wouldn't get this again and especially for $3 bucks a pop! I want my money back because I couldn't even eat that crap. The service at the drive-thru was okay but really nothing too special to rave about either.

I went to this McDonald’s on Aug 2nd 2025. I received a flyer in my mailbox at my house last month, McDonald’s grand opening “Aug 2nd” I walked inside to my wife and said “babe look! McDonald’s is having a grand opening! So I put the flyer on the microwave, and marked my kitchen calendar… then come today, me and my family went to the McDonalds , we got there 40 minutes early because we were trying to get the free Big Mac a month for a year card. After waiting 40 minutes we got in line and made a mobile order… we get to the front and I asked the man who handed me my food “are you guys still giving out the Big Mac cards?” And he said “they changed that to the 23rd” I was at a loss for words… I never received an updated flyer or anything… you’d think the sign outside the store would say “grand opening date changed” but no… the sign said “we now have biscuits and gravy” I was very upset about the whole experience, I told my wife “I’m not going back to that McDonalds as long as I live, I don’t care if it’s the closest one to the house or not”

By Far The worse McDonald's ever! Came in to use a survey code an ignorant employee proceeded to yell at me and demand I tell her what it is!!! She got smart in front of the manager as that manager did nothing! Both my friend and my order were messed up the employee needs to be replaced !!!!!! I heard this employee laughing at us like she thought is was a joke!!!!!!!!!! This place is bad all the time, useless employees, bad ignorant service, and the food is just as Bad!!!!!! Replace those employees , all of them I will never be in again!! I will also make sure no one else is!!!!!!!! Get better service straighten out your place!!!!! I will be reaching out to the Owner and The district Not all smoke prepare in the next few days to hear from them!

I got handed my food and then the lady left the window never came back to make sure I had everything I didn’t get sauces I sat by the window for 30 mins the tomatoes I asked for smelled rotten I couldn’t even eat them my little sister went inside to ask for the stuff the girl inside acted like she ain’t hear her ask for sauce and then proceeds to say I was just sitting at the window and ain’t ask for shit very rude service mangers needs to get better employees

Sat in the 2nd drive through for 5 minutes never said anything to me and took 5 cars through the other drive through then as soon as I leave they start taking everyone’s order that was behind me this place sucks after the remodel guess I’ll go to Burger King
My husband and I couldn’t finished our food last night July 20th(9:15), we even got nuggets for our one year old not only did my husband find some sort of foil in his chicken but I had rubber in my nuggets and in my burger there was some sort of glass, but they did meet their quota in the drive Thu. this store seems more speed not accuracy. Only thing safe to eat is fries
