Had a bad experience in the druve thru at 4am. The lady at the counter was extremely rude. Just ordered a cup of coffee. I had to ask for my money back and leave. Won’t recommend to others. I live just around the corner from there and won’t be coming back.

I have the misfortune of having to use this place for my delivery orders, every single time there are zero sauces to the food. I PAY for the sauces and still nada. just save your money and order something else. Ordering 20 nuggets and not getting the sauces right is wild. I called that place and the person I spoke to hung up on me so there's that . Order somewhere else

Probably the beat one around. Food is always fresh but recently they have you pulling around the building to pick up your food. Which adds 5-10 mins. If your in a rush. All to help their ticket times?? Starting to piss me off a bit.

Would have given 5 stars but the manager (Mrines?) was quite rude and while we were waiting for our food, she was eating and drinking in the food prep area. She acted as if she was being bothered by customers. The poor girl at the window seemed like she was running around like crazy trying to hold everything together.

Placed an order in the drive thru for a meal which was shockingky expensive. I ordered special so it wasn't ready when I got to the window. I was asked to pull into a waiting spot and it didn't take long to receive the food. I made the mistake of not checking the bag before I left and the fries were missing. I called and was informed I needed to return for credit or replacement. While this is not a huge deal most of the time, I was working so really couldn't go back. No other compensation was offered and with the price of the meal, added gas and time to return, I think I'll avoid McDonald's from now on.

I don’t like leaving bad reviews but the last three times I’ve gone they have asked me to pull around to the corner. How busy it is hasn’t seemed to matter. Whether or not I’ve used the app hasn’t mattered. And the last time I just ordered fries…. That were cold when I got them… how? There’s no excuse for that.

I gave it three stars only because its Mcdonalds! Mcdonalds is either dirty or clean. You got good ones and bad ones. This one I went through the drive thru only twice. And both times they got my order wrong and then had an attitude about fixing it. Won't be going there anymore.
