I ordered one burger and waited for it for about 15 minutes. Very slow service. I stopped by to order for the drive-thru because I don't have time to park and go inside, but after paying at the second window they told me to come to the lobby for my order. If I wanted to go in and order inside, I would have done so, but I ordered for the drive-thru and shouldn't go to the lobby for my order.

I made two orders. The first one was issued normally. But the second order was said to be unpaid. But the money was written off from the card. And since their terminals are not working, they did not give me a receipt.! And the head manager said that it would be at his expense. I was very unhappy. I will not come here again. And in general, I do not want to go to McDonald's anymore. Not recommended.

Tonight they claimed that they were too busy and backed up with orders when there wasn’t a single car in the parking lot. The girl over the intercom was very rude and practically yelled it and was very quick to tell us to pull out of the line. If you had a mobile order you were told to cancel it. I don’t understand how this is even possible. If it was true, they should have shut off their lights because the 5 cars that pulled through along with us were also complaining. This McDonald’s should be shut down. There is always constant issues.

I waited for like 15 minutes for just two single cheeseburgers and a mchicken and a fry. And then when I came up to the window my food was ready and assuming that it was all there and didn’t needed to be check then. They had the time apparently because people in front of me barely looked like they ordered anything. I didn’t receive my mchicken and I my cheeseburgers were stale. This is so unacceptable and sad.

I walked in this morning a little after 9. I was the only person in line and only a few people at tables. One of the employees in the back looked directly at me 3 times but never acknowledged that I was there. After several minutes of being ignored, I left, never to return again. This place seems to think "you owe them", rather than the other way around. NEVER AGAIN

Ever since they went to kiosks, the customer service has dropped from a 40% rating to "just walk out and get a hotdog from 7-11". I can truly say that my disappointment in McDonald's over the years has been validated again.
