We had a lot of trouble placing the order to begin with because they could not understand English. And the food was not as we asked for it to be prepared. The food was disgusting and it couldn't be eaten. It was late at night on the way back from the beach. Not worth it to drive back no one got to eat that night. It really was disgusting. I wouldn't have given that one star if there had been an option for zero. 32$ and a waste of time.

Came in the night beforehand for the grinch meal. They didn’t tell us they were out of the salt. We get the food, check as you always have to do at McDonald. And ofc there is no grinch salt which is like the reason of the meal. So we turn around come back thru the drive thru and she said we were out of salt and to come back in the morning for a refund.
So we came back today and the manager said we can’t do refunds and to ask the general manager which is ofc not here and to come back another time. Yall suck. And wasted my time.

Went there last night the white women at the second window was extremely rude and ignored me multiple times when i asked for a recipt, also screamed at my car for like no reason, kinda insane expirence was bewildered when i only asked for a recipt.
Store number 5074. The girl at the drive-thru (Lexy) had a total melt down today on November 22, 2025 at 12:53am. She yelled at me rudely saying “speak up”, and I told her there’s more polite ways to tell people that. She slammed the window shut on me when I was trying to pay, started crying and gave me the middle finger. Her manager, Navea, did not apologize for her actions. She instead defended Lexy, saying she’s had a rough night. She also told me McDonald’s customer service doesn’t care if I leave a complaint. I was with my 11 year old daughter and we were both astound with the experience. Such an unstable person should not be working customer service.

Parked us for an Orange juice.10min later we are still waiting for our 1 drink. Decided to leave because our food was getting cold. Called the store manager explaining our frustration and they just hanged up on me mid conversation. Really unacceptable.

We always drive through on Thursdays on our way to Bingo in Largo...stop and get Lunch to take with us! It's always a pleasure to have a quick visit with Tammy who is always friendly and a pleasure to see every week at the drive thru!

Chicken nuggets were stale but everything else was pretty good. One thing I hated to see was the manager who was LAZY and not doing ANYTHING! White lady on the bigger side (no offense) she was literally eating on the line while her employees were working hard, a guest comes up to the counter and instead of assisting she called the guy who was doing some sidework to assist them. That's pure laziness. Also drinking from a cup on the line without a lid or straw is pretty disgusting. I will not be back and I do not recommend anyone eating here unless you enjoy a lazy manager that doesn't even smile at the guest. Also she was on the phone the whole time.

What an awful mcdonalds had to wait 20 minutes for our food, and asked for help, then got yelled at by a worker that they are off the clock and to get someone else, very rudely, food was awful, missing items and looked destroyed.

It’s really disappointing to see McDonald’s, a billion-dollar corporation, not investing in the basics like cleaning their restaurants or having staff available to take orders. It’s frustrating when the policy prevents us from placing special requests at the cash register—like getting well-done muffins or upgrading our drinks—forcing us to navigate a kiosk instead. This isn’t just an issue at one location; it seems to be a trend across all McDonald’s. It makes you wonder when the company shifted its focus away from customer service. Those days of interacting with a friendly cashier feel long gone, replaced by a system that prioritizes efficiency over a personal touch.
