We always drive through on Thursdays on our way to Bingo in Largo...stop and get Lunch to take with us! It's always a pleasure to have a quick visit with Tammy who is always friendly and a pleasure to see every week at the drive thru!

Chicken nuggets were stale but everything else was pretty good. One thing I hated to see was the manager who was LAZY and not doing ANYTHING! White lady on the bigger side (no offense) she was literally eating on the line while her employees were working hard, a guest comes up to the counter and instead of assisting she called the guy who was doing some sidework to assist them. That's pure laziness. Also drinking from a cup on the line without a lid or straw is pretty disgusting. I will not be back and I do not recommend anyone eating here unless you enjoy a lazy manager that doesn't even smile at the guest. Also she was on the phone the whole time.

Waited 30 minutes in the drive-through at 12:30 AM on a Sunday night. only three cars ahead of me. This location is very slow and you get your food and it’s cold.

What an awful mcdonalds had to wait 20 minutes for our food, and asked for help, then got yelled at by a worker that they are off the clock and to get someone else, very rudely, food was awful, missing items and looked destroyed.

It’s really disappointing to see McDonald’s, a billion-dollar corporation, not investing in the basics like cleaning their restaurants or having staff available to take orders. It’s frustrating when the policy prevents us from placing special requests at the cash register—like getting well-done muffins or upgrading our drinks—forcing us to navigate a kiosk instead. This isn’t just an issue at one location; it seems to be a trend across all McDonald’s. It makes you wonder when the company shifted its focus away from customer service. Those days of interacting with a friendly cashier feel long gone, replaced by a system that prioritizes efficiency over a personal touch.

Just finished having the worst experience there at McDonald's had to wait in the Drive-Thru wait line for over 20 minutes. Walked inside and grab my refund everybody in the back playing around goofing off it was dead in there never going back

i doordashed food from this place and was missing half my food. i spent 60+ for a big group of people and half of them didn’t get their food.

Me and wife stop in for July 4th breakfast, Simple order, 2 big breakfast, one of the breakfast was old,egg dried out, biscuits hard, sausage dry, Big block employee replaced it but not without slick comment.Being me she can be glad I was com that morning. Be aware your food isn't old.

Rude staff. They mark doordash orders ready when they aren't then ignore the drivers awaiting pickup. 3 looked my way and offer no acknowledgement and then the person who set the prder doesn't even say anything

I ordered one burger and waited for it for about 15 minutes. Very slow service. I stopped by to order for the drive-thru because I don't have time to park and go inside, but after paying at the second window they told me to come to the lobby for my order. If I wanted to go in and order inside, I would have done so, but I ordered for the drive-thru and shouldn't go to the lobby for my order.

I made two orders. The first one was issued normally. But the second order was said to be unpaid. But the money was written off from the card. And since their terminals are not working, they did not give me a receipt.! And the head manager said that it would be at his expense. I was very unhappy. I will not come here again. And in general, I do not want to go to McDonald's anymore. Not recommended.
