Disorganized. Didn't even get to try anything at this restaurant. A server never came to our table, even after asking 6 times. We left after 45 minutes went by. Horrible service and attitude at this location.

We have now been here a few times and no matter what we order we have never had a bad meal or service! I’m very picky when it comes to my Italian food, as my grandparents came from Sicily. Everything we have tried is so full of flavor and tastes fresh! So glad we happened upon this spot as it is one of our favorites!

Was so looking forward to trying this place. Picked my birthday and what a disappointment. The service was horrible. I mean, it’s not a good experience when you have to keep asking for water. We started out with some cocktails and as soon as we were done she never asked if we wanted any more. The table’s food came out and they didn’t have any condiments on the table nor did she offer any. The pizza was cold by the time it got to the table and waiting for seasonings, that didn’t come until after everyone was done eating, didn’t help the cause. I will say that the food was good for everyone else. I might give them another try as long as it’s a different server.

The food was was tasty. I had a white spinach pizza and a glass of wine. The young woman who waited on me struggled greatly. When I arrived there were only two tables. By the time I left there were 7 tables. A gentleman from the kitchen brought out the food. He was polite. The server NEVER returned. I had to get her attention for salt, and wait to snag her for my bill. She never once asked did I need anything? I was there for an hour. When I got the bill it was a dollar more than the menu advertised. It was not worth adjusting. The day and time I visited, owners or managers were in. One hustled to make things right at a different table. The man at the front in the white shirt was no help at all. He gave no direction and never pitched in. The bartender seemed hard working. A disappointing experience. I will not return. (Pizza was very good)

Based on other reviews I read this one will be in the minority. Went there yesterday with no preconceived expectations.Service was attentive and polite. But some things were not up to par. Rolls tasted old and cold, salad was not that fresh as it had browned areas on several leafs of the romaine from the Caesars salad.Main entrees took 35 min to get out. I expected better. Place was busy to some extent but not near capacity at 4:45pm. Wife's chicken parm was tough, and my veal picatta (excuse the spelling) had one small piece of artichoke heart and the pasta was undercooked. I know I know people like it al-dente, but this was not even that. Veal tasted very good however and was not tough and sauce was good. Food just didn't come real hot for some reason. They sure have a ton of servers there for the modest amount of seating.I tipped 20% regardless. Just didn't get a real quality experience there. Place is nice and clean however.

We are lucky to now have an italian & NY exec chef Guiseppe in our local Seminole City restaurant Osteria Bricco. Table side cacio e pepe with added grilled veal was amazing, plus cannolis with carmel topping is over the top. Thank you to Rob for service, wine bottle recommendations and coordinating our table side pasta.

Small restautant but busy. Not much ambiance. The food is okay. Not much choice in alcoholic beverages. I would go back but it's not my first choice.

Hello from Iowa! We started with the Bruschetta and it's the best we've ever had. Followed up with a pizza and chicken marsala and both were crazy good. They were super nice and we will be returning!
