Perkins Restaurant & Bakery

The food was good but as I was there today with my client, there was a woman on the phone complaining about someone out in the lobby area by the register where everybody could hear her! This is not good customer service, she should have been in a back room were other people could not hear her complain, it's not right. I would be ashamed of myself if I was reading this comment right now knowing that it was me, shame on her.

This place has went way down hill.

Horrible service and burnt food. I asked the manager for assistance to remedy the situation and was told I ordered "wrong" and that the system wouldn't let her refund my order or replace my meal. I ordered the biscuits and gravy dinner with NO CHEESE. I recieved, 2 biscuits with sausage patties covered in melted cheese and NO GRAVY! Wow, we will never eat Perkins food nationwide ever again. Totally insulted.

this was the first time I had some issues at this location where first cup of coffee had residue of someone else then the second cup came and had to turn that one back due to some sort of non clear glob on the handle and the cup. then when that was taken care off I had to ask for a cup of hot water to clean off the dishwasher film of them, other than that as usual the food was delish.

This was my first time here. I was treated very nicely. The food was perfect. I ordered french toast with a side of potatoes. What I got was better. My meal came with french toast, eggs and sasuage (or bacon). I asked if i could have 2 slices instead of 3 and then I asked for breakfast potatoes. The meal was hot. It was fresh. It was delicious. The staff was friendly. They showed me respect and kindness. The restaurant itself is very clean and well organized. For what I ordered the price was perfect. I definitely suggest this place to anyone.

The food is always fantastic! I come here on a regular bases for the great breakfast food. Prices can't be beat! I fully recommend the blue berry muffins or the pineapple upside down ones.

Unusually good breakfast for my wife and I. Would highly recommend this particular location.

Perkins is so good! They have a huge menu and are open late. We like down home food and we eat in and get carry out often. One of our favorite places!

Good food however it may be a little pricey. It was like 5 bucks and some change just for coffee alone. The staff were friendly but a little slow on the food with not many people seated in the restaurant.
