I ordered eggplant parmigian which was on the menu and they gave me chicken parm. When the waitress went in the back they told her they don’t make eggplant. Ordered a small pizza with jalapeños and banana peppers got home and no jalapeños. The food was very good but not good communication.

First time trying this place and first time having the Sicilian pizza. Gotta say it was a solid effort. I'm not a huge fan of sausage but my husband likes it on his pizza and I like that Ruby Rosa uses the shaved sausage pieces as opposed to the sausage crumbles. Was really tasty. The slices are really thick and there was a ton of toppings on the pizza. When we placed our order they said 30 mins and it was ready within that time frame. Will definitely go back to try some of their other offerings.

Just an update from my last review. Second visit to order pizza. Last Thursday late afternoon. Wasn't as good this time but still good. They make a nice thin crust but this time the crust was too thin in several places causing the pizza to bubble up to the point there was no cheese in these areas. Also there was a bit less cheese overall. Tried the white pizza as well as the plain this time. Not my favorite. The ricotta was not spread evenly throughout the entire pizza but dolloped heavily in spots. The crust also was too thin in spots and I found the garlic to be overpowering. The staff was still friendly and the restaurant clean. I still recommend this place at this time and will return. Put it up to maybe someone is still learning or had a bad day.

First time to eat at Ruby Rosa. Everything was delicious... Pizzas and cheese ravioli... cooked just right. Salads were fresh. The sangria was too sweet for my taste. Server was great. We will definitely go back.

My first time in and I will go back. Supreme Pizza was really good. Garlic knots and meatball appetizers were top notch.
We were pretty hungry so the photo of the pizza was an after thought. Plenty of left overs for the two of us. The staff was very nice.

I have NEVER had such a flavorless pizza in my life, believe me, totally bland! A slice of Wonder Bread with a piece of American cheese would taste MUCH more flavorful than this sorry excuse for a pizza. The sauce on it was skimpy but even so, absolutely no flavor whatsoever?!? This is a first for this pizza lover. It's like eating cardboard! Never again!

I have driven past Ruby Roa's Pizzeria several times wanting to stop in but not having the time. I finally did on 7/19 in hopes of getting a slice of pizza. They only serve slices until 3pm so I decided to get the spaghetti with marinara. Simple, however for me I am very picky when it comes to marinara sauce. it was DELICIOUS! I look forward to grabbing a slice this weekend (before 3pm). I dined in and the family was so nice. They even gave me complimentary garlic knots! Their portions are huge and very filling. I will be eating leftovers for lunch AND dinner tomorrow :) Thanks to the team! You've got a customer for life in me!Kid-friendliness: This is definitely a pizzeria that could easily become a family tradition to dine in or get take-out EVERY weekend.Parking: Plenty of spots to park.Wheelchair accessibility: They have ramps to get up on the sidewalk

First visit, probably won't rush back unfortunately. After waiting for Ruby Rosa's opening we were excited to have another pizza place open back up. We were gutted when our old place closed down. When we walked in, there was a young lady at the counter. We had to ask what we were supposed to do, the prior place was sit down with service.We wanted a white pizza, she said it would take 15 mins. So as we discussed an older gentleman that works there said, we can do it for you no problem. Should be 10 mins. So we ordered a 14" white. We went to get our fountain drink and next to it was the basket of plastic cutlery... First disappointment. Please get real knives and forks. It's not complicated. Plastic is cheap and not to mention wasteful.When we got our pizza it was OK. There was no ricotta, which is supposed to be on a white pizza and what it says on your menu. The crust was basic and almost looked premade as it was too perfectly round.I think you are in a great spot, but you need to do a little better in service and how you present your product.
