I’m a regular here. Every time the crew changes they don’t smash the patties. I get great smash burgers when the right team is in the kitchen. Today it was just two cooked patties. If I wanted a regular burger I can go to five guys. If it’s not smashed the taste and texture is boring. 2/3/25. Ordered burgers and fried today. Great burgers, fresh ingredients and toppings but wasn’t smashed. Just cooked patties.
Food was not that great, did not come how i ordered it. Counter person was eating at the counter and on the phone. Cook through the window was on the phone. Eating while customers come up to order is not really sanitary or very professional.
Sooo disappointed that the Colorado burger was replaced by the jalapeño burger (not as good) & peanut butter chocolate shake is gone too. Smash fries delicious as always! Spicy fries not much flavor or spice. Staff was friendly & restaurant was clean. I will say that Smash Burger is better than most burger joints.
