Be careful about emails with rewards. The fine print will fool you. I didn't get mine on a latte. Still unsure why. But I am migrating away from Starbucks now. It has happened too often.

My drink took 10 minutes to come out (the store and drivethru were almost empty) it sat on the counter behind the bar for a while before they even got around to finishing it, and when they did, it didn't even have the syrup I wanted in it. I didn't go back to get a new one because when I asked about it the first time, it seemed like I was inconveniencing them. Disappointed.

My family and I had a really disappointing experience at this Starbucks. We ordered a dragon fruit drink that tasted like flavored water—it was super diluted with barely any dragon fruit, way too much ice, and no flavor. We also got two Caramel Ribbon Crunch drinks that were basically just milk; there was no coffee in them at all. To top it off, the worker we spoke to had an attitude when we pointed out the drinks were made incorrectly and didn’t offer a refund. Honestly, this was the worst Starbucks experience I’ve ever had. I’d recommend avoiding this location; it’s a waste of money and time.
They were so rude.My drink tasted like water and had too much ice . They had to remake my drink because it tasted bad . My family did not like this Starbucks. They also didn’t give us a refund DONT go here

I went and get a drink and something to eat, the employee Katrina was rude, and aggressive. She was slamming things around, greeted me very rudely and was being mean to another girl employee. She was talking down to her and slamming things around her. She made me very uncomfortable to the point I just left without even getting anything. Avoid this Starbucks in the morning if she’s there, very poor customer service from her

Today April 4th went to Starbucks on my way back, I decided to stop and get a popcup for my dog.
6:30 PM DAVIS THAT WAS WORKING THE WINDOW TOLD ME I HAD TO MAKE A PURCHASE IN ORDER TO GET A POPCUP FOR MY DOG.
Would someone clarify this, I'm a regular customer (I will not go back first of all) and also I have delt with such nice girls in the past.

Starbuck has gone down hill- customer service is no longer their strongest suit. Let’s hope this new CEO will change things around.

I try not to leave negative reviews. However, this has happened 6 out of the 7 times I've been here. I order ahead. Then get up to the window and nobody knows where my order is. They tell me to pull up and wait in a parking spot. Usually I end up just going in and my drink is sitting on the counter. I'm not even ordering anything complicated. It's a shaken espresso with no alterations. My wait time in the parking spot is well over 5-6 minutes sometimes more.

I’m not sure what it is about the Seminole Blvd/Park Blvd Starbucks location, but on multiple occasions, I've had the unfortunate experience of being served in a particularly rude manner, primarily through the drive-thru but also once inside. The service seems to vary, but more often than not, there's a sense of insincerity. The staff at this location consistently seem to carry an attitude, and I can't help but wonder if there's some underlying negativity permeating the workplace.
That being said, the quality of the coffee and products remains up to Starbucks’ usual standard, which is why I continue to return. However, each time I visit, I brace myself, uncertain of what kind of experience I’ll have. It’s frustrating, as the issue isn’t with the product itself, but rather the unwelcoming attitudes.
While I understand that everyone may have personal challenges, I believe it’s important to leave those at the door when coming to work. Customers shouldn’t be met with negativity, especially when we're simply there for a quick pick-me-up. I would hope the staff can work on maintaining a more positive and professional demeanor.
Dietary restrictions: The egg white bites at this Starbucks location are a standout for anyone with gluten intolerance. The bacon and cheese variety, which comes out piping hot in a perfectly shaped ball, is especially delicious and, as far as I know, gluten-free. I highly recommend them, but I’d suggest double-checking with the staff to be sure. While I haven’t tried other hot, cooked gluten-free items, I believe there may be other options available—though the egg white bites are definitely my favorite.
Parking: The location is easily accessible from both Park Blvd and Seminole Blvd, with plenty of parking available—more than enough even if the lot is full. Even when busy, additional parking is available in the surrounding businesses within the same shopping center.
