Christmas blend coffee is better than Pike. They should feature Yukon again as their dark roast. It's smoother and bring back flowerless chocolate cookies. Get those prices down.

i genuinely so disappointed i'm a regular and i have been ordering the same drink for years and recently i've been getting water lemonade which is so disappointing for the price i pay. their the only store to mess up a simple order! i came in abt 15 min later asking them kindly to remake it and letting them know that it has been happening, and i waited 25 min for no one to ever remake my drink.

I go out of my way to go to THIS Starbucks rather than the one closer to my house, the team is so great and remembers my name (,: always great service when I come here!! Yesterday there was a number of rude customers but the team behind the counter kept it pushing just like they normally do 😎😎

The all the female workers at this location are awful they blatantly ignore you WHILE GLARING AT YOU, I waited over 25 mins with the order already place watched over 20 ppl get there orders taken and served before I even heard anything about my order this place is HORRENDOUS do not come here go find a different Starbucks

I ordered their largest black, sweetened ice tea. While in my way to Palm Harbor, I couldn't drink it as it tasted like coffee. I called the store from Palm Harbor and let them know so I could get a replacement. I arrived 30 minutes later. The girl was very patronizing and said was going to make my tea now. She handed it to me and I drove away. I tasted it, and it basically was a watered down version of the first tea I got! It still tasted more coffee than tea. A total waste of almost $5. Not the joint to order tea.

Not only did they get my order wrong, but they didn’t put the lid on correctly and it spilled all over me and my car. I tried to call their number but it’s just a busy tone. They don’t deserve the star or the tip. Pitiful

Ordered 2 matchas. The person making it filled the cups to the top with ice, mind you 2 venties and filled both cups. There was not enough liquid in the cup to even drink more than 4 times it was all gone.

Be careful about emails with rewards. The fine print will fool you. I didn't get mine on a latte. Still unsure why. But I am migrating away from Starbucks now. It has happened too often.
