I try not to leave negative reviews. However, this has happened 6 out of the 7 times I've been here. I order ahead. Then get up to the window and nobody knows where my order is. They tell me to pull up and wait in a parking spot. Usually I end up just going in and my drink is sitting on the counter. I'm not even ordering anything complicated. It's a shaken espresso with no alterations. My wait time in the parking spot is well over 5-6 minutes sometimes more.

I’m not sure what it is about the Seminole Blvd/Park Blvd Starbucks location, but on multiple occasions, I've had the unfortunate experience of being served in a particularly rude manner, primarily through the drive-thru but also once inside. The service seems to vary, but more often than not, there's a sense of insincerity. The staff at this location consistently seem to carry an attitude, and I can't help but wonder if there's some underlying negativity...

Parking: My wife and I just stopped in for coffee drinks and as usual Starbucks coffee drinks are always great. I used the restroom while I was there and it was clean. The entire restaurant was clean and the employees were friendly and helpful so I give this Starbucks a five star rating.
