Five star on the lady who who made the sandwich she was very kind. However, when I got home and took a bite of the sandwich, the bread is not Subway bread. I feel like they’re using the Walmart hoagie rolls off the shelf. I ended up throwing the sandwich away. It was not what I expected or what I usually get from a regular subway that’s not in Walmart.

Subway inside Walmart great idea grab something on the way out.. but when you walk in, you see that all the food (meats) looks like it’s been sitting not at right temps. The pickles were brownish green. The lettuce was brown and the tomatoes looked weeks old. The lady working looked annoyed we were there, next time we will just eat at the 66th Street restaurant so we won’t bother her.

I ordered a footlong sandwich for $6.99 (with coupon) and wanted water with it. He rang up $13xx). I asked why so much? He said he didn’t have fountain water but he would have to charge me $2.99 for the cup. How ridiculous!! Never will I go back there again.

Wasn’t expecting much from a Wal-Mart Subway but the customer service here was excellent. The lady taking our orders took all four of our orders, patiently made them all and heated up the extra food with nothing but courtesy and politeness.

The cashier was robotic and not friendly at all. I don’t drink soda so I ask how much was to purchase just a cup for water and he reply the same as a soda.. are you kidding me?? And he was it is what it is. No personality at all!! And I had to ask to put more lettuces twice for both sandwiches and had like an attitude. Please be aware of this location ???????

Me and my girlfriend came in for cups of water and the store manager named Tony decided to be a complete j**** He said they don’t have cups of water and I’m gonna have to pay for it. He decided to charge me $7 for water and was a j*** the entire time. I said “I dont know why I’m being charged for water” and he responded with “you’re paying for the cup duh”. His vibe and tone was completely uninviting and mean Tony does not belong in food service.
