Wings were delivered to table burnt and extra fossil hard. Wings were small. Manager asked why I did not tell her? Because she cooked them and she knew what she cooked . Boneless chicken strips were small also.....Publix are much larger and better. I spent $27.00 on nothing worth eating. I was wondering why no customers were there! Stay away!

All the sauces that they advertise on their website are not available. Just generic sauces now. I won’t be returning

This place is incredible chicken and great price. My only problem which isn’t enough to take a star off my review is the ranch situation. Having to pay for xtra for ranch every time gets very annoying and costly it’s cheaper so upgrade to the Nashville hot and get side of ranch then it would be to get a cheaper one with sticky soy and have to buy ranch. System needs to be corrected or include 1 ranch with cost of meal.

Don't get ti stop often and whenever we would my absolute favorite item is the bowl with the Carolina sauce. To stop today just to be told you got rid of it, beyond upsetting! Honestly food is good but probably won't stop again since you got rid of that sauce! I wasn't even gonna order this time but I did. Very upsetting when you like something and paces decide to take it off the menu. It seems to always be popular items also. If you get that back we'll start coming again. I even told the employee that was stupid to do. He was very nice! You have to get the CAROLINA sauce back atleast if not the bowl. That was the BEST sauce!!
The tenders were tasty with a couple of the sauces and the value was pretty good.

The service was super upbeat and helpful, the atmosphere is cold and hard, the food descent. The wings are OK and if you’re craving wings, in the area and looking for fast food I’d eat here again but only take out. I gotta say the fries are absolutely terrific, skin on slices that were perfect. The price for what you get is good, a little over a dollar per wing is not bad at all and the food again, is OK. Won’t ever make the list for Best of the Bay I assure you. Wings were a bit rubbery but not dry, they have a nice choice of sauces which all that I have tried were good but not great. They are descent sized so the portions are good. This visit I had; Garlic Parm, Buffalo and Mango Chili. Again, good, not great just kinda uneventful. I’ll be back if I want wings and I’m driving by on the way home. Won’t be a destination. Took about 20min to get 15 wings and fries.

I did not expect the food to be this good. The spicy chicken sandwich was fried to perfection. Every inch of the chicken evenly coated with breading for consistent flavor in every bite. The mac n cheese was incredibly cheesy and delicious as well. The blackberry lemonade was the perfect mix of sweet and tart. This place hit on every level. My only regret was I didn't buy two sandwiches instead of one. This place is far better than any chicken fil a raising the standard for fast food chicken.
