First visit tonight 11/8 830pm. In comparison to other reviews we must've came on a very off night. Don't like the automated kiosk to order, dirty tables, dirty unkempt drink station, bathroom doesn't use paper towels and had no toilet paper to at least use to open the door with. Young lady came out to clean some tables and no greeting. Corporate gray hell atmosphere. Fries were cold.
Positive thoughts, the girl ended up being friendly when I engaged her and asked how her night was going. She used gloves after cleaning when turning to give people their food. Chicken was fresh.
Overall assessment we won't be back and hope they get better.

Best chicken sandwich (The “Sugar burger”) I’ve had in a long time! Tastes like someone’s grandma seasoned it. Service was exceptional. The sticky soy wings were also phenomenal. ???

First time visit ordered the “so fresh so clean “ chicken sandwich which was average at best . Not much crispness at all . Also orders the atomic wings which tasted like it was mixed in same bowl as the PB& J wings or someone mixed the two sauces by mistake. Either way, big mistake because I have a peanut allergy like many others so that ruined those . With 6 employees walking around in a slow restaurant someone has to pay more attention to details i.e management.

Incredible service. We were greeted by a very sweet young man and offered recommendations. Definitely worth the money. Not to mention those sauces ?? Thank glad they charge for extras because I'd be loading my fridge up with them bad boys. Clean, warm environment.

I had Sugar Wing for the first time a few months ago when they added a location near me. It was great then, and it’s great now for my second try! I love dipping sauces and trying new flavors - they have both! Plenty of wing sauces to choose from and I’ve had them all! Today’s selection was Curry Aioli(which I will get every time), Chipotle BBQ, and Orange Habanero. Cheese fries are also really good and I had the mac and cheese for the first time today. Perfect! I recommend getting as much as you can when you visit if you have flavor FOMO like I do! From the tenders, sides, cookie that comes with the meal, and even having the good ice, this will be a regular for me now that it’s nearby!
Vegetarian options: They have two salads you can remove the chicken from, fries, two different slaw selections, and Mac and cheese!
Parking: The restaurant is at the very end of the plaza, so there are two very large parking areas just outside.
Kid-friendliness: Kids menu, music playing, and a touch screen menu if you want to let your kids select their own food! I let my 4-year-old daughter pick!
Wheelchair accessibility: They are located in a plaza, so there are sidewalk ramps in multiple locations. The restaurant also has very wide walkways and spaced out seating.
