Ordered via Uber Eats and really enjoyed the Mac and cheese balls. The chicken was well cooked and moist. The sauces were good, however, we didn't enjoy the finish of the mango chilli sauce. We will order again.

Definitely worth it! I got mango chili and their signature Sugar Wing sauce. It's a cold sauce so it comes on the side if you get it for the wings 🪽

I’m begging you… please… just increase prices by 10%. It’s a complete social nightmare when I’m confronted with a screen that says do you want pay 18% as a tip. How is that real life? 18%, as the minimum? Every time I see these auto tips it gives me a panic attack like someone is going to mess with my food if I don’t give a 5$ tip for dropping 12 wings. That’s not fair. This place is really good. I mean that. What blows my mind is you guys have a fancy self order screen. That also says leave a tip. I’m an electrical contractor. No one tips us. Pay employees more. I just think it’s wrong to assault customers with this tipping ideology. I left sugar wings with 2 Mac order, 12 wing, 3 sauce. 30$ later with no drink… I’m not tipping 18%. Sorry. Love you. Good food.

I don't understand why this place isn't packed every day at lunchtime!
Surrounded by options that are usually subpar at best, Sugar Wing consistently puts out good chicken. The salad is massive compared to other fast/fast casual options and as mentioned, the chicken is VERY tasty.
Service is excellent, but it does take a little longer to get the food if you're not ordering ahead. I believe they make everything as you order it, so if you're in a pinch, definitely order ahead. Not a drawback, just something to plan for if you only have a half hour to an hour for lunch.
