I never leave reviews but I felt like I couldn’t skip out on this one. I was so excited to try their food as they’re very close to my job. I went ahead & placed an order online and had the beef teriyaki lunch box. This was probably one of the worst meals I have ever had, I ate less than half before I eventually threw it away. The meat had no flavor, rice had no flavor & not cooked all the way. I could not get past the fried veggies, felt like they left it out all day after frying it. I want to give them the benefit of the doubt & say they were having a bad day, but I don’t think I’ll be back.

We've eaten here many times and have always loved it. However tonight, the sushi was stale and chewy, and cold (tempura shrimp). It's taste and texture was as if it had been sitting out all day. We were very disappointed, we usually love love love this place.

The only reason I'm rating this as 3 is for two reasons. 1. The sauce cups you get for sushi is 75 cents per cup. 2. The staff wasn't very welcoming and the lady working there ignored me several times when trying to talk to her. Sushi is Great tho. Made to order and good food.

Individual sushi rolls were very small in diameter. Not very flavorful. Fish was dry like rubber, the miso soup was just broth. I couldn’t make it past one of the fried vegetables. Tiny amount of soy sauce and literally only enough wasabi for one bite of sushi. Also got stomach ache afterwards. I wouldn’t recommend for the simple fact that sushi at Publix is better and it’s literally right next door.

Sushi was bomb out of this world. We got the bucs roll which was amazing, and the Philadelphia roll which was also very good. I tried their quail eggs which were pretty good, I’m not used to runny eggs in my sushi so that was a surprise to me but still enjoyed it. Where the stars get knocked is because we ordered our food around 6:30pm and went to the store anticipating a wait of 20 min tops. We got back to the rest And others were receiving their orders way before us and we were kept waiting until 7:30pm for 2 rolls and quail eggs. Would’ve been better off eating there or ordering online. Everyone was friendly nothing wrong with that. I will be back but will either eat there or order online not walk in.

We eat here fairly often, and the food is usually pretty good, but the service lately has been terrible. The last few times we've been here the wait times have been ridiculous, but I gave them a pass because they were busy and are usually apologetic for the wait. Not today. Ordered food tonight for takeout, and was given an estimated time of 6:15 for pickup. Cool. I live 5 minutes from here, so I left around 10 after 6 to go pickup my food. When I arrived there was nobody at the front counter and a few other people were standing there waiting as well. 15 minutes went by before anybody even acknowledged we were there, and when I told the waiter my name for the order he said he would check and be right back. 10 more minutes went by(it's almost 6:40 at this point) and he came back to seat a couple who had been waiting for about 20 minutes. At 6:48 somebody finally came up with my order(no apologies for the long wait by the way) and I was finally on my way home. When I opened up the bags for my order, i noticed the soup had been spilled because it was put on the bottom for some reason and the salmon teriyaki was cold and dry. The vegetable tempura and dumplings were cold as well. I'm not sure what happened this time, but the service sucked and the food was not good at all, especially considering my total for everything was almost $90.00. I will definitely be eating somewhere else for sushi from now on. What a shame.

Came here with my husband for dinner. Waited around for about 25ish minutes without even being acknowledged. Waitress came and sat a family that got there after us. Husband went up to ask the waitress about how long the wait would be, she ignored him twice. He asks a final time and she responds “don’t know, they just got sat so I literally don’t know” with an attitude. Waiter guy raised his voice at her in front of all the customers. Upsetting because the food is usually delicious but I can’t get behind the poor service they displayed last night.
TERRIBLE service and rude staff. Also did not follow requests of removing avocado (which my partner is allergic to) into the Spicy Krab Roll. My sweet potato roll looked and tasted like it had been out for a long time.

The service in this restaurant was excellent. Our waiter answered all our questions and provided suggestions based on our preferences. I wanted to try a Korean dish and the meat was deliciously tender. Will be back and try more from their menu. I updated this review to 5-star overall after visiting them again. We ordered sushi and sashimi and it was outstanding! Perfect temperature for the rice, super fresh seafood - just perfect!

Love the food here- yum yum chicken and chicken katsu amongst other items on the menu. The only bad thing at times is the service at times can be slow and the to go orders they sometimes miss certain things.
