Confused. My first visit was yesterday morning. Wasn't offered a table, and no one came to take my order or sort out my misconceptions. After a while I walked up front and they told me how it worked. I ordered the crape with salmon. It was a little salty. But over all quite tasty and filling. My nephew ordered the French philly but wasn't able to finish as he had a hard time with the sauce. It was a good sauce, in my opinion, but there was a lot of it. Seemed like it was one guy running the whole place so I'll cut him some slack. I enjoyed the meal, and like the concept, once I figured it out.

My first visit and we weren’t disappointed. The style is French country casual with outdoor seating as well. The crepes were perfectly delicious. Mine was fresh fruit with ricotta cheese, my friend had turkey and Brie. The crepes were perfectly prepared. Glad there weren’t more people since we did have a wait for the food although that would not deter me from visiting again.

I liked the cups more than the food. We waited over 20 minutes for our food then went to the counter to ask and the girl said she “didn’t see the ticket” even though she’s the one who took the order…. Waited another 20 minutes for 2 cold sandwhiches and a crepe… food was mediocre at best

Dad and I hit this place up for lunch on Father's Day.It was fantastic!Dad got The Full Monty as a crepe with ham. I got The Cuban as a sandwich. The portions are very generous. The food is absolutely delicious! The little handled mason jars as mugs for the drinks are super cute. They have take out containers with zero plastic or metal for your leftovers; which is such a cool and environmentally friendly touch!I loved this place and will definitely go back soon!

Nice breakfast place in Downtown St. Pete. We were not disappointed. Food are delicious and price is reasonable. We walk from the hotel where we stayed. Street parking is available. The full Monty is delicious ! I recommend this place for another adventurous breakfast..

We tried Wooden Rooster for breakfast on a Sunday morning, and had a good meal! We were the only ones there, which was surprising. The employee at the counter wasn't exactly warm and friendly, but she got us our meal efficiently and made a great cappuccino. Crepes are probably a little more expensive than they should be, but on the other hand, I'm certainly not making crepes on my own on the weekend. My husband said the pancrepe was good, with delicious maple syrup. I really liked The Burg-- the mushrooms were cooked perfectly and the onions were nicely caramelized, although the cheese could have been more melted. Can't really comment on the atmosphere since we were the only customers, but it was clean and nicely decorated. I'm not in a rush to go back, but I'm sure I'll try it again at some point.

I wanted to love it much more than I actually did.Atmosphere was cute. Food was enjoyable but underwhelming. Crepe was gummy in places and hard or crunchy in others but the filing was flavorful. Hubby's sandwich wasn't much better but the coffee was the most disappointing of all. I had a cafe au lait and I wouldn't be at all surprised if it was foldgers considering how little flavor it had.Truth is, I would probably come back here, just not very often and not with high expectations.

This review is less about the food, which was fine, but the frustrating experience of being an older customer at this restaurant. My husband and I, along with an out of town guest, wrongly assumed it was a sit down restaurant where someone takes your order. There was no sign telling us to "order here", but more importantly, the was very limited access to the menu. I expected it would be upon the wall, but no. They had two laminated copies of the menu, one taped to the counter and one near the door. I struggled to read the small print and became very frustrated. There were no paper menus available. They did have a huge sign with the QR code for the menu and encouraged customers to look it up that way. I know how to I do this, but I came to the restaurant to relax and enjoy a nice meal, and I found it annoying. I think this restaurant was designed for millennials. It doesn't cater to the needs of older people who are still anchored in the more traditional restaurant setting. I realize this is the general trend of dining today, but I just don't like it. If I have to order my food, no big deal, but at least let me see the menu! Two older women came in as we ate. They seated themselves and sat for a while before they realized no one was coming to take their order. My husband and our guest both ordered crepes s enjoyed them. I had a spinach salad with berries and feta, and I enjoyed it. I try hard. I try hard not to be a cranky customer in stores, but this experience triggered a lot of frustration and disappointment for me. I don't plan to return in the near future.

Cool place to chill and have a cup of coffee and something to eat .

I liked the idea of breakfast in a crepe. But there was random cold bites. And the bacon was super fatty, like I had to spit out multiple bites. Definitely wasn't worth what we paid for it.
