Place is clean. People are pleasant. However, most of the time that I come here, the smoothies are never good. Last time I left my smoothie still had chunks of ice and fruit in it. I couldn’t enjoy. They never make the smoothies sweet and never enough sauce on the flat breads. If they work on that and getting more employees the place would work great.

Probably the worst customer service from a gentleman I don’t know the name of bald with glasses looked and seemed like he hates his life and hates anything to do with tropical smoothie super nice lady, but the guy behind the register was absolutely terrible. Didn’t wanna look me in my eye when I switched my order from a small to a large. He didn’t seem too thrilled about it either. absolutely terrible. then handed me my food without looking me in my eyes, so have a good day without looking at me in my eyes. Just a miserable person

Walter is a gem of a Manager. I have been ordering delivery but since 1 order issue that he resolved. I have been ordering pick up for the service. He's been well above amazing. He raised standard for all the Tropical locations. Man of few words but his work, service and issue resolution is unmatched. Kudos to the owner to get a manager & team member like that.

I absolutely love coming here! The staff is always super friendly and quick, even when it’s busy. My order is always fresh and made perfectly. The place is clean, bright, and has such a good vibe. Definitely my favorite stop for a quick, healthy pick-me-up!
Fantastic experience at Tropical Smoothie Cafe! The food was delicious, and the smoothies were incredibly refreshing. The staff was friendly and provided quick, efficient service. I especially enjoyed the Chia Banana Boost, Strawberry Smoothie, Hummus Veggie Wrap, Peanut Banana Crunch Flatbread, and Sun Chips. I’ll definitely be back for another visit soon! A must-try spot for a healthy and tasty meal or snack.

The fact that they lock the bathroom doors, give you a large spoon with the key attached, tells me everything I need to know. Any restaurant that cannot provide open, clean restrooms to their patrons is not a place I want to frequent. Is this a gas station or a restaurant?

Ordered an Acai bowl and it was frozen solid. Definitely not scooped fresh. It wasn’t even full. Even my smoothie I ordered was not made correctly. Terrible experience. And the staff couldn’t even answer basic questions about nutrition information and ingredients.
