What a wonderful experience! I’ve been to MANY smoothie places & this Tropical Smoothie (TS) is just about THE BEST! From the moment i walked in I was immediately acknowledged & assisted by a wonderful TS employee named Carolyn (sp?). Despite the constant & consistent influx of customers, Carolyn quickly & efficiently took my order, made my order, AND personally delivered to my table, one of the best smoothies I’ve ever had.. I don’t know management style...
There was a time I frequented the tropical smoothie 🥤 cafe locations ... I have always enjoyed the alternative chicken option and once had many a smoothie. this time did not have a smoothie for I get plenty across the street. I enjoy the Thai wrap and wanted the corn 🌽 side, tho I didn't know it was available. I Asked and they were gonna charge me more after I already paid, so I didn't get it. The wrap 🌯 was okie dokie... I did notice they offer Splenda for...
My order was such a pain and Haley helped me and she was so kind about all the modifications I had and she got my order right! Then the kitchen confirmed which gave me extra confirmation about it would be correct and it was and it was delicious! Above and beyond service thank you! ☺️
