The Starkey Road location has an extremely rude staff. The employee actually raised her voice and screamed at our party for sitting down at a table that was cleared of dishes, but apparently had not been wiped down. She seemed unstable. We left without ordering.

I drive past multiple other Waffle Houses just to come to this one!!! Robert and Kay are by far the BEST servers in the entire place!!! And the cooks are great!! They see me walk in and already start my order before I even place it!! Not every Waffle house is the same, not even close!! It's the actual staff that makes it a great experience!! I highly recommend this one!!!

Server had to many issues with just hashbrowns. It was explained that I was a vegetarian and asked if the cook could please keep my order seperate from on the grill. I ordered a double order of crispy hashbrowns with mushrooms, onions, jalapeños and cheese. What she brought back was a huge pile of hashbrowns with ham and onions. I explained again did you tell the cook about my requests. She said yes. I said do you see anything wrong with what you are attempting to serve me? She said you just didnt want meat to be cooked with your meal right? I said correct. What do you see. She said well thats added not cooked with. Omg. So the cook comes over and he understands and remakes them. Other than the food the jukebox was a nice touch where I can play it from my phone. The restaurant was clean and no wait.
