Not bad. The waffle and bacon were great, I would definitely pay extra for real maple syrup though. Our server said lots of people ask for it or bring in their own. Seems like an easy money maker. No real butter either, just margarine. My only real complaint was that we went there with our kids, 6 of us total so we had to sit at two adjoining tables but the tables were in different assigned areas for the servers so they had to do two separate checks, two tips etc. That seemed pretty dumb and was a bit annoying to have to pay in two transactions for one family.

I went to breakfast by myself about 11 am 3/15/25 to the Waffle House on Starkey rd in Seminole . It was pretty busy but there was a seat in the corner by the window at the counter. I didnt want to sit right next to two guys and didnt want to be squished up to the wall so I went to sit in the seat in between where apparently someone had had coffee and was gone. As I went to sit down this female behind the counter told me I could sit on either side but not there since it had not been cleaned. I said I dont mind bc I didnt want to sit in those other seats and this woman said " Fine , I'll just clean it in your lap then " . I said what? and she went on to run her mouth saying yeah thats what I said you heard me. I asked for the manager and he said its not their policy to let someone sit at a dirty counter space. Well , I didnt see why a little wipe with a cloth would've had to end up in my lap or why she came off like that . I left without having breakfast. Didnt catch any of their names. I wanted to find out who they were and just make a formal complaint but I cant get thru to a human so I am writing a review. I dont know if she just hates working there or if she just didnt like me not sitting where she told me but this was the strangest encounter I've ever had at a restaurant . I mean it was a counter seat. All she had to do is pick up a used coffee cup and wipe in front of me. If you've ever worked a counter or was ever a bartender you clean little spots all day ...its just normal. I dont think she represents the Waffle House the way corporate would approve . It was so weird

Want to place an order to go to give them business cause they’re empty anyway they wanna charge me $1.50 extra just for it to go order extra surcharge because I’m not eating there that’s bullshit. They won’t get my business no more they keep charging charges just because I want to take my order to go.

Very accommodating overnight staff. Food came out great and there was little to not wait time for my food.
Every Monday morning I go to get food after work and I go every Monday because Wanda is amazing so sweet and really down to earth and she always has a smile on her face
