Willie Jewell's Old School Bar-B-Q Seminole

We frequent the other location in Riverview so we expected the same quality and service but the food was not the same. The collards are not the same at all, this location seems to serve collards from a can. When ordering wet brisket we got dry, lean brisket. Also, their Brunswick stew tastes like it comes from a can.

Place was good when it opened years ago now it's just trash! Dirty place with a very bad stench before you walk in the door. I'm not even gonna comment on the food if that's what you call it, whatever it was it was terrible!

Very disappointed,person that took our order,was rude and disrespectful,and had no clue as too what he was doin,I ordered the brisket platter,it was the WORST brisket I've ever had,I asked for a combination of fat and meat,got all meat,was over cooked and was as dry as a dessert,they brought some more brisket out that was mixed ,fat and meat,and that was good,but the problem here is there was two different taste profiles,which there shouldn't be,cause the same rub wasn't used ,very very disappointed,and I do know what I'm talking about,cause I've smoked in competitions, and I smoke meat at least twice a month at home and have been smokin meat for over thirty five years,so I'm not a stranger too this

called in a chicken sandwich at 11.20 am went there at11.45 not ready waited 20 more minutes went back to work to eat chicken was burnt to a crisp dryed out 16.00for a sandwich and drink never again

This place has the best BBQ. Also Monquie is a Gem and has excellent customer service !

The st. Louis ribs, collars and banana pudding are on point,corn bread and Mac cheese not so much,a bit over priced so it's not something I could afford every day,but it's better than Sunny's for sure

I am a regular, I live closer to the Largo store but prefer to take the drive to Seminole to come to this one. Better customer service, it’s a more friendly atmosphere with a family vibe, and let’s not forget to mention the food(especially the brisket), is f*****g amazing, never a bad plate here, always recommend this place to all my friends and co-workers…definitely want to specifically name-drop Monique, she’s a doll, and definitely deserves a raise and/or promotion! As well as that one guy working BOH…Austin Erksin, Earnest….didn’t quite catch his name but he smokes a mean brisket. Charity is pretty nice as well, i am glad she recommended the ‘nanner pudding for dessert, that bad boy was Superrrrrrr scrumptious ??! Still don’t understand why this place is not one of the Tampa Bay 10 best places to eat! Y’all got yourselves a customer for life!

Good food but lacking in service. Great gluten free buns. They have a regular promo of bogo for pork sandwiches and now enforcing needing some redeem vs the screenshot. Not able to help you find it and the lady couldn't even help the person on the phone. Total joke of staff

Julie the manager was super awesome catering for our party. The food was incredible. And the team was so friendly.
