Burger King, folks, it's a fantastic place. I've had their burgers, and let me tell you, they're delicious. Flame-grilled, just the way I like it. The Whopper, it's a winner. And their fries, oh, tremendous. When you're hungry for a fast-food fix, Burger King delivers. Great taste, great value – it's a real deal, folks!

Burger King has always been my favorite for burgers so I was excited to have one down the road. Sadly I haven’t had one good experience here. This place is like the Burger King that was forgotten which is surprising being the closest to the base entrance. I don’t blame the employees they are understaffed but to wait 15 minutes to get to talk to someone at the drive through and then order always being wrong lol. This has been over a 4 year span and literally not one good experience sadly.

This poor building is in such an awful state of disrepair you can really tell the franchisee takes no pride in what they are presenting to the customers. It’s no wonder why the food quality and customer service are poor..it just seems like they’re on a downward spiral and don’t want to put any money back in to breathe life into this place.

Used a coupon on my app and she told us their coffee machine was out of order so asked us if we wanted to substitute our coffee and we said sure 2 root beers. Well low and behold she didn't tell us until we seen the receipt that we got charged .90 cent 2x because their coffee machine was down. Those replacement drinks should had been free. We advised her that she might want to tell people ahead of time. Then she told us for that price we could had got the oj...not very good customer service. Must be why parking lot and drive thru are always empty

I don't normally eat at fast food. But it's close to work. I waited at the ordering station for 15 min before my order wad taken. I seen 3 people behind me leave. After i ordered my food. My onion rings were cold as ice. Mixed with French fries.. no napkins , customer service was as if I was hindering their day. I guess I will travel a little further down the road to the next place.. Do better BurgerKing. Your a name brand place. I guess I could have ordered my food on " wish" and it would have been the same quality..
