I USED TO go there often!! And NEVER had any issues with that place up till recently! I don’t know if she’s a new manager but SARAH IS HORRIBLE AT RUNNING THAT OLACE AND IS HORRIBLE AT CUSTOMER RESOLUTIONS! I PLACED MY ORDER AND ALWAYS WITH BROCCOLI AND SWEET POTATO FIRES AND THEY GOT IT WRONG AGAIN AND GAVE ME APPLES! THE LITTLE SNOTTY LOOKING ONE SAYS WELL YOU Should’ve CALLED TO LET US KNOW. LIKE I DIDN’T THINK ABOUT THAT🙄, but it was already after 7 by the time I got home! SHE THEN STILL TELLS ME THAT I HAD ORDER APPLES IN THE PAST, and IM LOKE NO, I ALWAYS ORDER BROC AND SWEET POTATOES! IDK WHAT SHE WAS TRYING TO PROVE! SHE JUST KEPT GOING BACK AND FORTH WITH ME WITH NO RESOLUTION! SHE EVEN ACCUSED ME OF CALLING TO JUST GET FREE FOOD, annd threatened to kick me out if I didn’t stop defending myself to listen to her. WHO DOES THAT?!? and that’s when I was just over it! SARAH JUAT GOT LOUDER AND WAS FULL OF ATTITUDE TRYING TO PROUVE HERSELF THAT SHE WAS RIGHT ALL WHILE MAKING ME FEEL LIKE A LIAR! SHE LITERALLY YELLED AT ME “TO GET OUT OF HER STORE” I TOOK VIDEO AS PROOF BUT CANT UPLAOD IT ON HERE. THE STAFF REALLY NEED AN ATTITUDE ADJUSTMENT AND A NEW MANAGER! I will be uploading the video to X and TT. I really hope that business closes it doors, because their service is horrible or the least change management!

I have been a meal prep customer for approximately 5 weeks! Food is excellent, convenient, and very reasonably priced! Myself and two other friends order any where from 7-8 meals each per week.

We ordered through Door Dash and received this note on our order. OK. I guess they didn't appreciate our business. We did submit the order at least two hours prior to requested delivery. I think there were ten of us in our meeting and one of the entrees came straight from the refrigerated case, unheated. We wouldn't have ordered that item had we known it needed to be microwaved. We were eating in a hotel conference room. I appreciated the vegetarian option of a black bean burger for my bowl.

Must try while in destin. Tried different restaurants and this is the best. Healthy option. Better tasting than the famous fudpuckers I tried. Great customer service. Polite and pleasant staff working here!

Friendly, welcoming and hospitable staff, nice seating area. Music sound level is just right, not too loud. Tried build your own bowl, flavor is perfect, beef is delicious, steamed broccoli were perfectly made, not mushy, not raw. This place is way under-rated, much better than any of the fudpuckers that they advertise everywhere, peg leg petes, or others highly over-rated restaurants, this is our last day in Florida, I wish id known this place when we first got here.

Average place to eat. I have ate there ~7/8 times now. Tried several of their popular dishes and flatbreads. “If” you get a good cook, flatbreads are a 4.6/5 but in my experience only three of six I ordered were put together properly. For example, today (7/16/2025) my Philly had the meat only in the middle, cheese in clumps, veggies were raw and the sauce was only in one little section. Can’t say much about the staff because they have only spoken like 3 words to me (besides taking my order). It’s small, dark and located in a rundown strip mall with no real curb appeal and the lighting is poor inside the shop. This really seems to drag down the atmosphere.

I would like to preface this review by saying I’ve been a customer coming here consistently for years and I’ve been getting lunch at the location about 4 or 5 days a week for the last couple years and never had a problem. However, recently I’ve been having more negative experiences than positive ones, entirely having to do with the quality of the food. I have had a few dishes coming out tasting or smelling funky, particularly with the salmon, which I have had to send back about 4 times in the last month until I quit ordering it. Other times I get the food and it just tastes stale or old even though I know the kitchen just cooked it. I’m not sure if it’s an issue with the supplier, but I’ve noticed a dip in quality of the food over the course of may-June. However, most concerningly and why I’m writing the review to begin with, the right grab and go freezer at the front has been having consistent issues with not working. I’ve noticed it’s been out a few times the past few weeks and despite being consistently serviced, is still having issues. Today I went to grab a grab and go out the freezer just before close, and i noticed all of the grab and goes in the right freezer were nowhere near frozen. Not even fridge temp. They were only barely noticeably cooler than room temperature and all of the food inside was no longer frozen together and could be shaken around. Part of the reason I’ve been eating here so consistently is that I have stomach issues and am more susceptible to getting sick from food-borne illnesses and trusted the quality of food here. However, after recent experiences, I am starting to question if it’s even safe to eat here anymore. No one generally wants to eat food that they question if it might make them sick. An absolute shame, this place has always been amazing and the staff has always done a wonderful job, but this issue is not in their control . Might have to steer clear for a while and come back and see if the quality has improved sometimes in the future.
