We contracted with Knife's Edge Catering and Carrie and her crew blew us away with the spread they laid out and for the service they provided for the Celebration of Life for our father. Their professionalism was top notch! We had a lot of great compliments on the food and questions about who they were. We will definitely use them again and again! Thanks so much Carrie and crew!!!!

Chef Knife is a phenomenal chef. She catered a party for 140 guests, and they all were telling me how much they enjoyed the food.

Chef Knife catered my Retirement party. Everyone in attendance told us how much they enjoyed the food. We had a wide variety of offerings, and everything was spectacular. She is extremely accommodating and easy to work with.

Carrie provided appetizers for my wedding on April 15 and everything was above and beyond anything I could have imagined... The Chef is an amazing lady and her food is delicious! He staff is friendly and very helpful. You can have lunch in the Ballroom at Bob Hope Village (AFEV) which is beautiful and always clean. Also can meet some of our sweet Residents who eat there daily.

Oh my gosh, Chef Knife's food is always so good. This is the best local secret. Yes, the location and how open the restaurant is, kind of different, BUT the food and service is a 11 on a scale of 10. Perfect for a business lunch or even a large group, just call Brooke, I think she .said was her name. Shrimp and grits are the BOMB.... Burger of the week was amazing!

Carrie, the Chef, is the best.

I had the chicken pesto sandwich and it was amazing. We also had the coconut shrimp with fries, hush puppies and cole slaw. Everything was delicious.

Knife’s Edge catered a private party for us and it was excellent. The staff was efficient and the food was perfection. Many of our guests said that it was the best party food ever! I would use Carrie for any event that I might have in the future. Brenda Fleming
