The food is fine, it's McDonald's we are talking about.... But the service Inside is the worst!!! Drive thru isn't too bad but that line do be longggggg some times but they keep it moving at a decent rate. Anyways like I was saying if you go inside to order it sucks! They take forever, there's usually no one really working the front. It seems like there's a lot of people working in the back but their main focus at this location is drive thru. When my kids want McDonald's I go to Shalimar every time. The 2-3 mins difference in the drive is worth it to me every time because the service is 100x better hands down.

Worst Mickey D's Went inside.. I wa only one at counter.. I was ignored.. Went outside drove around to drive thru..He got my order request wrong three times. Wound up with two Dried sausage biscuits sandwiches. This wasn't what I ordered.. NO RECEIPT IN THE BAG.. SO I CANT CANT RETURN THIS POOR QUALITY BREAKFAST...

Had to run to bank during my lunch hour this week and though I would do a quick trip through the McDonald's drive thru on the way back to work. Tried to keep it simple and ordered a #9 combo meal ( 2 cheeseburgers, fries and a drink). Got to the pay window and paid the more than $10 tab. Pulled up to the next window and was handed my drink and dismissed by the lady working the window. Asked where the rest of the meal was and she was totally confused. Closed the window and disappeared for a few minutes. When she came back handed my a bag. I moved on as there were cars behind me. Two stoplights later opened the bag to discover no cheeseburgers but a large fry and a small fry. No cheeseburgers. Want to thank McDonald's in reaffirming why it's been more than a decade since I've eaten their food. And will never go back. Can't even get a simple pre-canned combo meal right. It's not rocket science folks.
I had gotten an iced coffee at a McDonald's down the road, and they forgot to put my sweetener in the bag. I didn't want to have to turn around, so I stopped at the next McDonald's where I asked for some Splenda and a small cup of ice since the ice had melted a bit on the drive. The man acted so suspicious of me and made me feel uncomfortable, and told me he couldn't give me any ice without charging me. Which was fine that I would have to pay for ice, but there was no reason for him to act the way he was acting toward me.

Poor customer service, on most visits. Inside LCD menu screens are broken, and it has been a minute. Half the time the burgers are sloppily thrown together, it's obvious. I still go back here because it's convenient and they are quick generally.
