Horrible McDonald's. Wasn't even that busy and it was chaos. They handed me cups to make my own sewer tea when there is no sweet tea in the dining room. I then got yelled at that her screen didn't didn't show that. How's that my problem?

Recently every time I go to the drive thru my order is incorrect. I ordered lunch there right as they were switching from breakfast, I thought I would receive something hot and fresh, boy was I wrong. I ordered a McDouble and a spicy McChicken, they gave me a normal McChicken which is no big deal, the biggest issue was they both looked like they’ve been under the heat lamp since yesterday. Moral of the story I will go out of my way to go to a different location instead of the one on my route to work.

Whomever the little girl is working the drive thru window right now need to get her attitude in check. She looked at me crazy, never said a single word, I asked for ketchup, she put 2 packs in the bag then looked at me double crazy then turnt away with a stank face.

Most staff is very, very rude, order has been wrong 4 out of 5 trips, they charged us the wrong amount, then the manager got sarcastic and rude when we asked for a refund and recharge instead of giving him the difference in cash (like he demanded). There has 100% always been a long wait even if no one else is in line. I quite frankly don't know how they are still open, and we won't go back.

Have been here several times over the years, and the food is always fresh! I bring my granddaughter and her friends to this one, since it has a nice, clean playroom. It’s better to come whenever it’s not rush hour, the drive through is always busy. Then you don’t have to wait as long for your food. The kiosks were down, but the cashier on the resister was helpful. She even made sure that our ice cream cone was in a cup, as I requested! I would have given a 5 star for service, but they always seem short staffed, which makes it take longer.
Ever feel like your food order is wrong just out of spite? I feel this everytime I mistakenly visit this store. Did I ask for extra ketchup and no onions on my simple chz burger? No, but I begrudgingly ate it anyways. You win, once again.

Is it really that difficult to read the modifications on an ONLINE ORDER? Especially when there is no one else in the drive through? Why is it so hard to leave things off of a sandwich? I’m literally cutting steps out for you… and the laziness of the wrapping… my burgers were just thrown in the bag half it of the wrapper!

Waited 8 min. My wife and I couldn't eat our room temp fries because of the amount of salt. Didn't get ketchup only on my burger as requested. Got a mouth full of onions, mustard. Am I being punked?
