Morning shift is always completely wonderful! They're all so kind and smile and friendly. The store is always clean. Food is always hot and fresh....but come about 2-3pm when night shift comes on and the kids work, it's complete opposite, rude, snotty, workers that don't acknowledge you half the time, sitting in the lobby cussing and screaming on there phones, while the place is trashed and everything is sticky.Vegetarian options: Really no vegetarian options, besides egg and cheese muffins, biscuits, or pancakesKid-friendliness: There is a play place open at this location
My mom never goes here but when she does she gets cherry pies and they were burnt and cold at this location

Aww, every time I come and visit my mom, I love coming to this McDonald's because it had the old-fashioned McDonald's seats and the original toys they would give out in happy meals. Don't get me wrong, the upgrade look good, but I feel like they could have left some oldies but goodies. The food was great, the only problem was that the person who brought our food had a bit of an attitude left our food at a different table and walked away.

So I stopped in to try to get a Happy meal for my little girl and I'm sitting here waiting in line and nobody is taking the order for the car that's two cars ahead of me so I decided I wasn't going to wait so I drove off I'm going to go to the Crestview McDonald's which is 20 miles away I know they are efficient... When I'm driving away I see the order taker is standing with the window wide open on their phone. Not going to this location anymore..

I'm not sure what happened with this McDonald's. It was always so good and clean with great customer service but I just went and the customer service was horrible. From the person, taking my order to the person handing me my food, they acted like they were doing me a huge favor and gave me the dirtiest looks. The girl handing me my food seriously looked like she hated me. Maybe she just hates her job. The food was ok. A little cold, but not bad. With that Customer Service though I don't see myself going back anytime soon.
