Had an online order for pick up. Literally waited 20+ minutes after arriving and pushing the red button ( after getting told, " ok we'll have it right out.") My food wasnt even hot anymore when I received it and the drinks were nearly melted. Super mad about it. Do better Sonic, Do Better.

We sat at the stall for 15 minutes waiting for our order to be taken. The drive thru lane had 10 cars in it.
In that time, I saw one order brought out to curbside and one vehicle get their order from the drive thru.
We finally just left without ever having our order taken.
Dude, lol, Sonics ice cream machine is down more than McDonald’s. Stopped by about a month ago and they said their blast machine was down. I dropped by again today and the machine is still down. If you want fast food go to Niceville or Navarre because restaurants in Fort Walton Beach stopped caring a long time ago

Ordered blasts on the app. Workers didn’t even bother telling us the blast machine is broken for 10 min. We sat waiting and waiting. A girl finally came out and told us we could have a milkshake instead. This is the 3rd time we’ve tried to order blasts since June and it’s been broken every time.
