This Hispanic woman was so rude and she didn’t know how to do her job saying that I can’t get a refund when I placed and order because she didn’t know what she was doing, like girl it’s just sandwiches come on! I would have just been like I’ll remake it and have a good day but honestly they need to be shut down because this isn’t the first time I had issues with Shalimar man it’s just every time I try and order online it always sends it to the Shalimar store.

6 people in our party. All the orders were correct. We dined in. The tables were clean. The decor neat and complete. The food delicious. I will stop there again when in the area.

Guy working is always the sweetest, but lord, yall have him working like a slave! The ac is broken and it is 91 degrees in there!! You need to care more about your workers and let that poor guy go home! That's unsafe working conditions! It was hard for me to stand and order let alone him work with the hot ovens back there!

My Dad and I frequent this location when he is in town. I wish the meats on the first part of the assembly line were not blocked as they are now. During our last visit in Feb 2024, my Dad and I both specified 6 inch subs and the employee made us and charged us for foot long subs instead. If the assembly line wasn't blocked, we would have immediately noticed his mistakes (or intentional upsells) quick enough to correct him. Keep Cherry Coke at the drink station. I enjoy having it available.

I specifically drive from niceville to shalimar because the customer service from Rachel is always the best. All the employees at this location are kind and quick, food is always fresh.

Would not take one coupon per customer as coupon states so went to different subway in town. Tried to tell my coworker and I we had to pay together and use one coupon.

If I could give this no stars I would…. I stopped into this subway and ordered a sandwich and a salad. Staff member was extremely rude. You could tell he was irritated to have to wait on me and I was the only customer at the time. He abruptly threw the meat into my salad and when I asked to have them cut up, he picked them out of the bowl squeezed the meat and tore it into pieces. This is totally unacceptable to treat someone’s food this way. Today, I called and spoke directly to the manager (Bill) who could have cared less about what I was saying and how I was treated. Don’t waste your time going here. There is a subway a little ways up the road. Worth the trip to get better service and to be treated with a little respect as a consumer!

Worst subway in this area. Guy came out the back. Didn't speak, I had to speak to him. I ordered a salad, didn't want to cut the tomatoes, cucumbers or the meat. Didnt want them chopped, just sliced. They gladly do this at any other Subway, I've gotten a salad or sub at. Not like he was busy I was the only person in there. Asked for a specific dressing he gave me something else. His response was, we don't have that one. Okay, then he could've told me that and then I could select another one. No apologies, no thank you. Just very rude customer service. I will never stop at this one ever again. April 10 2022 at 12:10pm.

Parking: Has adequate parking most of the time. Peak lunch time may be a wait for someone to leave situation.
