This was by far my best experience at any Kilwins. I travel often for work and Kilwins is my go to for ice cream. The staff here is amazing! Great customer service, everyone was so friendly. The ice cream is the best. Will definitely be back next time I’m in town.

So, early on a Saturday night, they are out of cherries and whipped cream (and you couldn’t get a frickin water to drink!! Terrible for a chain like Kilwins (that has such a high reputation and expectation) Never again, too many other places in the street to get ice cream. Not to mention, 2 scoops, $9.50, no discount because they didn’t have the whipped cream or cherries for our sundaes either!

The ice cream tasted pretty good. The only bad part of this experience is some old cranky women that had no generosity for anybody. I had her watched yell at some customers from across the store, this almost made me feel not welcome.

If I could give a 0 for the service I would. The so called BOSS was very rude with my kids and I. He needs more training before he can call himself a BOSS !
I m regular customer of Kilwins .I love ice cream here but today I got very bad service. One of employee had bad attitude and acted not nice to me .I was waiting for 25 minutes for 1 Malts Shake!! I think I ll never come back here again. So disappointed!!!

Who doesn't love Kilwin's for ice cream and candies? If you haven't tried them yet, then you should put them on your list. They have many stores all over Florida and the US now.
We ordered a few candies and peanut brittle last night. It smelled so good in their store. It's nicely decorated, too. Our server was friendly and helpful.
This store is wheelchair accessible.

Extremely tasty ice cream!
Fantastic experience in the Siesta Key Kilwins. They have a wide variety of flavours, all of which can be taste-tested and the ice cream is delicious. Importantly, the scoops are generous!
The staff are offering an excellent service. We were attended to and spoken to immediately and where we were having more than one scoop, they checked which order we would like them in.
We will be going back (regularly!) whilst we stay in Siesta Key.
