Itās refreshing when staff enjoys working at the place they do. Mario and Zach genuinely seemed to care in making sure my wife and I found the flavors weād like. A great treat after dinner. I had a scoop of the sāmores and peanut butter pie. Couldnāt say enough good things about the establishment. Everything was organized, tidy, and clean. We will definitely be back on our visits to siesta key. I heard they had new management/ownership at the location, and it shows. It was a great ending to our date night!

WOW! Since the new owner and staff took over, the store has never looked and serviced better. No more empty shelves or cases, everything looks so stunning and is super clean. The staff is amazing, friendly from the second you walk in, to the second you leave. They are always so happy to answer any questions and offer samples. Especially Mario, he lights the whole place up. This has now easily become the best location iāve ever been. If you haven't stopped by since the new owner took over mid August, I HIGHLY recommend.

The first two times I went to the Siesta Key location, they closed an hour early and denied entry. Yesterday, when I asked if they had blueberry waffle cone ice cream, the manager said he never heard of it and heās been at that store for two years. He might want to learn Kilwins ice cream flavors.š¤¦š»āāļø. Iāve had nothing but positive experiences at every other Kilwinsā¦including St. Armandāsā¦ but the Siesta Key location continues to lack what makes Kilwins great. They are rude, close without warning, and donāt seem to know what Kilwins even offers. I was excited to see Kilwins open on the key, but Iād rather go to the Orange Octopus or Jakeās before going back into that store. I wish corporate would take a look at this location. Itās definitely not up to standard!
