Super friendly! The owner was very kind and the gelato was great! Went early in the morning so there was no crowd. The outdoor seating was a great place to enjoy the Florida weather and some gelato! Will be back on my next visit!

I need to write a full review to explain my experience. The food is great, however, the service is terrible due to the kids they have working with poor attitudes. I understand how hard it is to find help, but the attitude of the workers is really bad.We went one night, and experienced the great gelato and bad service attitudes. We went a second night, figuring the poor attitude we experienced was a one night things because maybe the workers were tired and stressed. However, not the case. We went last night and the attitudes were even worse. And this all happened even while they are asking for tips.While their food is good, ownership needs to have a long discussion with employees about attitude and customer service. (Although given their signs up, I know other customers were annoyed outside so maybe ownership doesn’t get it). I won’t return simply because of service.UPDATE: I do feel bad for small business owners and root for them. It’s why I try to provide business to small business owners. But clearly a lot of basic training has to go on. I had the same bad experience over 2 different evenings, which means it’s not isolated.

My new favorite spot is an absolute delight! The gelato was simply amazing, and the customer service was truly spectacular. Plus, I had the pleasure of being served by a friendly and sweet Brazilian staff member, which added to the wonderful experience. I can't wait to return for more of their delicious gelato! I’ve been on the search for authentic gelato since I came home from a trip to Italy. This is the best gelato by far since I’ve been back. It might even be better than some gelato I’ve had in Italy! I highly recommend the ferro roche and wish I could come here everyday!

SOOOO GOOD. Love that they have many non-dairy options that aren't just sorbet!! The vegan chocolate is amazing!!

I was left speechless on my first taste of the pistachio gelato. Wow! The amazing staff let me know they import their pistachios from Italy and my oh my! You can tell the difference. It is all organic (no artificial flavors or preservatives!) and made fresh daily. I will be back for more. I’m craving it just writing this! Life changing gelato being made here!!!
