In the reviews, I read that many have shared the same experience. The cashiers are extremely rude (Jean). My son and I stood in front of the counter, and the cashier said NOTHING. Not "hello", not "May I take your oder," she just stood there with a sour look on her face. I asked if I could order. She did not reply. In addition to the rude behavior, it was awkward. The cashier was visibly annoyed that we were in the restaurant. I asked about a meal and did not receive a response. I placed the order. When called to pick up the order, I said "Thank you". One cashier did not respond, another just stood there. When I was at my seat, someone said "You're welcome" in an agry tone. I don't know these workers personally. Judging by the number of negative reviews, I wonder if the workers are related to the manager responsible for hiring. The staff is nasty. Needless to say, I won't be back. This was was a negative experience. The work ethic and customer service displayed raises questions on their food prep. I'll eat elsewhere. It is comforting to read that I was treated equally. Evidently, many customers are treated in an equally rude manner.

I love to get their $7 meals for lunch (11am-2pm). It is so cheap for all that you get. Inside has more of an older small town feel, which I like. Staff has been pleasant everytime I have gone.

Friendly service. Offered my Pug a pup cup when we got to the window to get the food. Malt was thick and good! They put ketchup in the bag for the fries without having to request it. Nice because I had forgotten to! Plan on going back soon!

Stopped by today for a small vanilla ice cream cone. The cone was broken on two sides and it looked like a 5 yr. old made it. The cone was very stale. I ended up throwing it out. It's pretty sad when an ice cream place can't make a decent ice cream cone. Another place where the quality is gone but the prices are through the roof. I will not go back.
