Ordered wings 3 weeks ago. They were horrible. Took them back or they would not give back our money. So we took them back, they refused to refund money. $45. Only will give store credit. I don’t want store credit. Call corporate 3 times they do not call back. Keep on saying higher up Pizza 🍕 Hut management will have to call back. We will never recommend nor eat there ever again. The girl behind the counter was not the store manager but she said the manager told her to Not give our money back. Have it all on video.

Very rude and unprofessional. Placed an online order 15 before closed, got there at 9:50 pm, the doors were already locked. No one came to the front while we were knocking just continued to stay in the back. The manager came to the front after 10, we had told her we had an online order and had been standing here for 10 minutes. She continued to tell us they were closed and wouldn’t give us her name. Very poor customer service, save your money.

I called and the guy said they don't deliver "at all." Like, not just to my location, but period. Found this strange and unreal, especially in a competitive market where every other pizza chain besides Little Caesars delivers. Tried to contact headquarters to verify but they never contacted me back.

I palced an online order for cheese sticks at 9:44pm only to get a call from an employee that my food couldn't be made because ovens had been turned off. If the hours say you close at 10 pm, then food should be prepared until closing time. The time posted online and on the door says nothing about shutting down ovens 15 minutes prior to closing, just because your ready to call it a day. I called Pizza Hut in Marianna to verify the oven shut down. They let me know that as long as an order is placed 15 minutes prior to closing, and it was, it should be made. Will make a corporate complaint.
They are a wonderful team that work at this establishment. They are professional, caring for the most part, and have made many of my orders accurate and tasty. They have only had one slip up and did what they could to make it up to me and did with much care and professionalism.
Well picking up my order my daughter stated that she had to pee upon asking an employee is there a key for the locked restroom was told it's out of order after observing the UPS driver using that restroom my daughter was only afforded the opportunity when I stopped one of their upper level Managers from going into the restroom and asked why I was told it was out of order just ruined the whole Pizza Hut experience for me I will not be back I could understand telling a dirty bum no but a customers 6-year-old daughter who has to go to the restroom
