I called and the guy said they don't deliver "at all." Like, not just to my location, but period. Found this strange and unreal, especially in a competitive market where every other pizza chain besides Little Caesars delivers. Tried to contact headquarters to verify but they never contacted me back.

I palced an online order for cheese sticks at 9:44pm only to get a call from an employee that my food couldn't be made because ovens had been turned off. If the hours say you close at 10 pm, then food should be prepared until closing time. The time posted online and on the door says nothing about shutting down ovens 15 minutes prior to closing, just because your ready to call it a day. I called Pizza Hut in Marianna to verify the oven shut down. They let me know that as long as an order is placed 15 minutes prior to closing, and it was, it should be made. Will make a corporate complaint.
They are a wonderful team that work at this establishment. They are professional, caring for the most part, and have made many of my orders accurate and tasty. They have only had one slip up and did what they could to make it up to me and did with much care and professionalism.
I love my small town Pizza Hut. The pizza is always hot and fresh!Parking: Plenty of parking as it is located in a strip next to the only grocery store in town.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp to the sidewalk for access to the store.
Well picking up my order my daughter stated that she had to pee upon asking an employee is there a key for the locked restroom was told it's out of order after observing the UPS driver using that restroom my daughter was only afforded the opportunity when I stopped one of their upper level Managers from going into the restroom and asked why I was told it was out of order just ruined the whole Pizza Hut experience for me I will not be back I could understand telling a dirty bum no but a customers 6-year-old daughter who has to go to the restroom

Ordered 2 pizzas this weekend. I specifically ordered a buffalo chicken pizza as it has no bacon on it and a meat lovers pizza. I get there to pick it up and I'm told I ordered and meat lovers and a BBQ pizza. Um no I didn't. I tried telling this kid that I didn't order a BBQ pizza. He was not getting what I was trying to tell him. My husband has a pork allergy why in the world would I try to feed him something he can't eat. But yet I was stuck with a BBQ pizza that no one eats and a meat lovers. Was it that hard to get the order correct. Never did get that buffalo chicken pizza that my husband could eat. Nice.

Anytime I order online, most everything has been good and the people there are always professional and polite.
Pizza was OK. Not worth a return trip. No Gluten free crust option at this location, other Pizza Huts do offer it. Also, they want your name and phone phone number but will not text you when your pizza is ready for pickup so you may as well just give them a fake phone number.

I had called in a pizza and went to pick it up, but they had no record of my order. The clerk looked for it but didn't find my order. No offer of making up a pizza or anything other than ... sorry. I left. I think somehow they should have tried to make it right. Who shows up for an order if I hadn't called???
