The soda machine out of order, and the men’s room. The ladies room has no hand soap so it leaves me wondering how much germs are everywhere. The employees barely speak English. The food is mediocre. The people of South Bay Florida deserve better.

The worst customer service, the lady who was serving today was rude, she didn't want to take my order, she told me she didn't have a bag and I told her that I didn't need the bag, I just wanted the sandwich, that she was only taking orders over the phone because she was baking 🙄, I told her so is it closed and she said yes, there wasn't a single customer in the place, apparently the lady didn't feel like working today

Been in town for a week for work. Stopped in almost everyday just out of convenience. Ladies do try in there but they get very very busy. Flies started showing up, and nothing was done. Mens room was out the entire week. Fountain machine was only dispensing a couple items early in the week and then by end of week it wasn't working at all. I feel the owners need to take responsibility and address this place. Even stopped on a Saturday when they should be open and place was closed up.

This is just terrible, my child wanted to go to the toilet, but they didn’t let him. They said the toilet is only available to visitors or I have to buy food and only then can I go to the toilet. What nonsense. This is an ignorant attitude.
