I cannot say enough about Caton Catering and Chef Lora.We used them for the first time for our Holiday Party, and everything was fantastic. One of our guests told me she couldn't eat the Green Bean Casserole, nor Mashed Potatoes right away, as they were still very hot.There wasn't a single complaint about the food. It arrived on time, and was cooked to perfection.I would not hesitate to use Caton Catering again.Dona PaganoDenny

Chef Lora catered a 90th birthday celebration for 30 guests serving heavy hors d'oeuvres. All arrangements were made over the phone, since I live out of town, and it all went smoothly. Food arrived as expected, and the presentation was elegant. It was all delicious, but i will mention in particular the wheel of Brie as the best I ever had, and the decorated assorted cupcakes as especially outstanding.

Chef Lora and her team recently provided catering service for our son Jean-Noel Vallejo and daugher-in-love's Ashley Vallejo wedding at Bending Branch Ranch Wedding Venue. The meal was delicious, and service excellent. Chef Lora is flexible and easy to work with. Thank you for everything!😊
