Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Our group of 19 went in around 7:45 this evening (Saturday) for ice cream. They don’t close until 10:00 but half the dining room was already shut down. We were told they were understaffed so we could not use those tables. We even offered to put the chairs back up on the tables when we were done but the manager said that was not an option. We asked for a refund and went to the Port Orange location which is a lot newer, cleaner and has much friendlier staff.
One would think if they had the staff to make the ice cream, they would be able to clean a few tables before they closed at 10:00.

Nice place, okay service was a tad slow but nothing crazy. It is clean. They have alright ice cream like any other DQ it is mixed okay.

I ordered 2 blizzards absolutely terrible. They handed it to me without turning ither one of them upside down ice cream smeared all of the cup and it tasted horrible I won't be back again and I love dairy Queen but Im not wasting my money on garbage

They had no chocolate ice cream no sign saying so. The slowest service. Ordered 2 ice creams and a pretzel sticks. The blizzard was totally nasty throw away before we left. The sundae and sticks were absolutely ridiculous cold and old. Never again especially since we ordered at 732 pm and it was 758pm for our stuff. The customer service was the rudest and slowest ever.

I can not say enough about this Dairy Queen.. .It has been MY go to DQ for most of my life! They've switched owners, employees... BUT, MY medium Reese's peanut butter cup Blizzard with 2 shots of hot fudge has ALWAYS been AMAZING! ? ? ?

It’s currently 9:45. The store closes at 10 officially but the entire Dairy Queen is closed. I drove 15 minutes to get here to see the lady working unbothered! She still gets paid for working that 15 minutes but still closed to the store early. This should not be allowed :( Someone in charge should really make sure this not occur every night.

Says they're open until 1030!! Twice we've gone before and they're at the counter and ignore the drive thru. Tonight, they were at the counter, ignored my daughter and turned off all their lights as she was waiting in the drive thru line. This was 20 min before close. So sonic it is and sonic it will be!!
