Food great. Workers are very sweet. Unfortunately the owner makes the team lock the door on the side of parking lot that handicapped parking is, making you go all the way around.

This Firehouse Subs was an absolute trainwreck. I can guarantee the only reason they have over 2 stars is because they buy ratings. Scroll through! The place looked like a dumpster fire— tables caked with sauce, and a weird smell lingering. The staff were beyond incompetent, arguing with each other while I waited for my order. It took nearly 30 minutes to get my order of 4 subs, which was a complete disaster: soggy bread, slimy lettuce, and meat cold it could’ve been pulled from a freezer. I paid $15 each for this pathetic excuse of a sandwich that fell apart before I could even take a bite. Found a hair in it, and when I called in to complain, the manager didn't believe me and refuses to refund me. This place is a total scam—overpriced, disgusting, and run by people who clearly hate their jobs. Avoid it like the plague.

Had multiple issues with an order and emailed them about it and all I got back was sorry we will look into this. We literally had to throw away both subs because of the issues we had meaning I waisted $24. Will never go back to this location!

Uber eats buy one sub get one free 1.49 delivery fee . So two reg size subs with 5.32 tip was 28.92 . What kind of deal was that ? And subs I believe called ladder & something had hardly anything in them all bread . I have bought before but this was definitely not worth the cost in anyway
