Wish I could give 0 starsWalked in no greating.... went to register 3 girls working... one I had to walk by she was at the soda fountain 2nd was making food but to busy talking on her phone with an ear bud... 3rd came out of the back and went to the register. Still, no hi or anything, just what can I get you....Really... then it took 22 mins to make two subs. They are now cold and taste horrible. Also they had half made meatball subs just lying around next to the toaster rotting away. Sad to say, this is why i don't go here anymore. I figured I would give them one last shot. Good luck staying in business you are going to need it

Timed wait with one additional person in front of me. Asked for to go, gave no additional info on wait time. 5 minutes later, I was able to pump my gas and still waited close to 15 minutes. Service was extremely slow for going in at noon. For being in the city with a fast pace reputation, you will not find that at Firehouse Subs.

The perfect food, the perfect organization. The place was clean staff was nice. One young lady with fantastic eyelashes was cleaning so well that I was impressed cheating shortcut. She did the job amazing work for everybody.

Ordered from here for the first time tonight! My boyfriend recommended it when we were looking for subs for dinner. I got the hook and ladder and it was ok! It felt pretty bland, I wish I would've had a Dijon mustard or something to put on my sub. My boyfriend got the sweet and spicy meatball sub and he liked it! My grandma got the pepperoni pizza sub without the meatballs (so just a pizza sub essentially.) and she liked it! I did order from DoorDash so I'm not sure what the store itself looks like but my order was made super quick!!
They even got the door for me!
