Guests must go to the left side of the building by the Smoke And Vape shop and walk down until they see the Jamaican Flag. Owner Malcolm welcomes visitors with a menu offering fresh, flavorful dishes. Standouts include the sweet chili shrimp quesadilla, pan seared salmon with sweet chili sauce, jerk chicken plate with plantains, and the highly praised Oxtail, which is tender and served with a marvelous brown sauce, rice and beans, and a side medley of Jamaican-style vegetables. Vegetarian options are available, incorporating Jamaican flavors. The restaurant focuses more on carryout than dine-in, featuring only a few tables and chairs, but the food is described as to die for. Customer service is friendly and engaging, with prices that are very reasonable. Fusion Hut Bistro offers takeout, Doordash services, and is suitable for families.
