Come on... It's Friday, 8:15 pm and nobody in line at the the drive thru. I wait 3 minutes... No one greets me. I CALL, Three times... Nobody answers.... So, I enter. One person in line, 5 people working... What is wrong with this picture??? They all seemed to be having a good time. I hope they have a better time collecting unemployment because they will put this place out of business. I am inside the restaurant now waiting on my oder, just listening to the phone ring while there is only one other customer here... These people don't care, very sad.

We drove more than 40 miles to get to a Long John Silver's. there was a customer inside and that's where we plan to dine, but the door was locked. while we were in the parking lot trying to decide what to do next because we wanted Long John Silver's the customers from inside came out and said they did not have enough employees to work the dining room and drive through so they lock the door.. haven't been to a Long John Silver's since 1978 because there wasn't One near me where I lived then. So I thought I'd give it a try. Well that's not going to happen not going to drive 40 miles to have the door locked on me so I will not know how Long John Silver's is.

The food was ok. I was there for a&w and they aren't serving it now. My husband got the fish not bad for quick good.

If ur ordering anything from the drive check ur order before u leave. I got all the way home to realize half my food was messing went back had to wait on food and watch the girl behind the counter grabbing food with no gloves eating it. Just nasty. Last time I'll be eating here.

It's very good! They make all the food cooked to order period. So it's fresh and hot and the owner there is the nicest gentleman!

After waiting in the parking lot for an extreme amount of time watching others who arrived and ordered after me park, receive their food, and leave. My order arrived. But, when I checked it for accuracy and to grab a taste before I pull off. I was extremely disappointed to ordered so much food and find it to be overcooked! And since the lobby was not open for service, the single drive thru was backed up. This left me with no option but to leave without resolving this issue, and my cravings unsatisfied! Needless to say I have not returned to even attempt to satisfy the overwhelming cravings that I experience for LONG JOHN SILVER'S!? ??

Placed my order at the drive through and when asked what sides, I said both fries. The gentleman responded with fries and coleslaw. I said no, both fries, he repeated back to me both fries to confirm. When I get my order home there was coleslaw. Not sure how an order can be repeated back and still get messed up.

I've been a fan of LJS since I was a child.The fish is still just as good a always!The sides is where it suffers at.The staff real friendly ?Better for you then most other fast foods...but still fast food. ?

Fast service clean and neat food was good but a bit cheap on the ketchup and napkins. I hate that. Very good service. Brought your food over when ready. It's ok for a stop and go lunch.
A tasty treat, good service and clean I always visit the drive thru but there is plenty of parking for dining in.

Kind of bummed that you have to pay for the crunchies now. The fish was good the hush puppies were good. The shrimp was a bit spicy tasty. We had a good meal. The staff was very friendly.

Maybe update your store should turn off the open sign if you guys are closed during regular business hours. Better yet put a sign on the door so people don't waste time.
