Had a horrible experience at this location, literally heard the crew member talking trash about me through the window, using very foul language. Tried to contact a manager 6 times through the phone number and the app, and no one returned my call, or ever processed my refund ( that they supposedly processed that night). Had to finally dispute the charge with the bank after 2 weeks of waiting. Horrible service, if you don't like your job, or don't have any customer service skills, please go elsewhere.
Edit: after just now reading through everyone else's recent comments about this location, it seems like ZACH does this same thing to everyone. This just shows how much the franchise owner cares about who's running their business, since Zach is still working at this location berating other staff and CUSTOMERS!

I am a ride-share delivery person part-time. This evening at approximately 9:00 pm, I went to pick up an order for delivery. I waited by the employee entrance (I did not enter) until I was acknowledged by an employee. He was very pleasant and kind and went to continue preparing orders and said he would bring the one I was waiting for in a moment. The manager on call asked him about the order and the manager proceeds to trash talk all delivery drivers. Saying we feel entitled and coming to the door doesn't mean we get to cut the line. And that was putting it nicely because he was cursing as he said it. Doing this part-time for nearly 5 years, 99% of restaurants prioritize delivery food. Further, all the worker had to say was you have to pick up delivery food from the drive thru. Simple! The manager was completely unprofessional and out of line and disrespectful! A totally despicable representation of the franchise owner for this location. This is NOT the type of person you want preparing your food!

I went to sonic on my way to work. I had a very simple order. Foot long hot dog with ketchup, cheese, and onions. The guy could NOT get the order right!!!!!!! He first said, Are you wanting a hamburger. No i want a foot long hot dog with .... I dont understand. What number do you want on the menu board. Had to repeat again. Ok, you want a chilly dog. NOOOOOOOOO!!!!!! He finally got the order and I did eventually say, ITS JUST A HOT DOG , NOT THAT DIFFICULT!!!! I was the only one in line and waited 20 minutes. Got to work and my hot dog was ice cold, cheese not melted and did not look or taste like the hotdog was cooked!!!! It was like taking a hot dog out of the fridge and putting it on a old stale cold bun. Absolutely horrible!! I have been here many times over the years with no problems, but this was bad. I wanted to add a Pic, but did not see that option.

We went through the drive through and waited for 10 min, no one responded and we were the only ones there. I could see through windows that all the work where just talking to each other and not doing there job. I understand it's late but they need to do there job and take orders instead of clowning around, probably won't come back

Absolutely horrible customer service. let the manager know their soda machine was broken after we went through the drive-through and the employee was so rude. Never spending money at this sonic ever again
Employees was cranky the food was so bad the dog wouldn't eat it the fries tasted like they had been fried almost 4 times to keep them going and not throw them out yeah just a completely bad experience

The new general manager of this fast food establishment clearly has no idea what he’s doing. The old General manager ALWAYS was kind and I never had ANY problems here and I never once seen him disrespect his employees. Iv heard through the speaker and the drive through window I believe his name is Zack absolutely just curse And scream and make loud noises like he was throwing stuff or banging like a toddler, it’s absolutely ridiculous. My food is ALWAYS cold ALWAYS wrong. I took a peak inside through the front window one day when my food was wrong and tried to ask for help and it was DISGUSTING. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. Me and my family used to come here all the time and all of the staff was always kind and helpful especially with our large orders. I don’t tend to leave reviews because it’s not worth my time but I suggest nobody come and waste their time or money here. I highly doubt this place will be up for any longer considering the health codes and all he restaurants opening up on ridgewood.

Watch two managers, stand there and do absolutely nothing while the poor cashier was supposed to take orders count her drawer and make orders. Meanwhile, they forgot my cheese sauce. Maybe if the poor cashier would’ve had just a little bit of help doing several people’s jobs this could’ve been different

I honestly wish I could just give the current manager negative stars the way he degrades and talks to his employees is absolutely disgusting on top of that nothing ever works I had to sit in line for 20 mins cuz their card reader was declining my card that had money on it, you can literally never order right, through the speaker because the employees cannot hear you properly so they have the worst time trying to listen for your order and 9/10 are going to get an order wrong, the manager cussed the entire time I was in the drive thru over the line being long due to her having to rerun my card a bunch of times but it declined yet I had just used my card this morning and I’ve used Apple Pay there before and it works but she said they don’t take Apple Pay so I’m guessing it just doesn’t work? It’s disgusting not to mention the kitchen just looks horrid and it’s always dead there’s never a ton of people packed out and quite frankly it’s not in the safest area so I’m sure you feel great eating alone in the parking lot.

Seriously if you want food quick or are in a rush DO NOT COME HERE they're incredibly slow and rude about it too. I've come to the location multiple times the food is great when you get it but if you're looking for decent or quick service it's not here.
