When ordering my food, the lady that was serving me yelled at me because I was confused about which size cup to grab (I’m disabled) and definitely knew she was in the wrong because then she apologized after. Absolutely horrifying customer service and felt attacked as someone who is disabled

This subway is one of the cleanest sub shops I’ve ever stepped foot in
Very up to date on everything subway. I was greeted walking in by the store manager Tom, he was welcoming each person as they entered even while making subs!
Bread was fresh and everything else the hit my sub.
I will stop in again for sure when in the area.

Every Sunday morning I have the flatbread bacon,egg and cheese. Great sandwich makers. Pleasing dining room. Clean. Breakfast drinks. Great staff

I genuinely feel sorry for the manager of this store Thomas. He is an amazing guy every time we go here, but the last 3 times it’s been terrible. They hired a bunch of new people and they are so incredibly slow that as a manager myself I could not believe that behavior is tolerated. Like someone took a video and slowed it to 0.10 speed. My husband and I were waiting 35 minutes tonight to buy a sub and we ended up leaving because it was stupid how long they were taking. My husband fell asleep in the table waiting, he’s 32. There were only 2 people in front of us when we got there. They started doing online orders and had us wait nearly 20 minutes until we got so angry we left. Imagine 2 customers sitting in an empty restaurant waiting for 30 minutes. Imagine how we feel. Very sad because it was my favorite subway till now. Mobile orders taking priority over present customers is ruining your company. In our case of this visit it is just unacceptable. We left to another subway and they were working 50x faster.

I was pleasantly surprised compared to another store in the area. The food prep area was very neat and clean, the service was great, and our sandwiches were fresh and tasty.
