I have no complaint about the food but how can you order ahead and still have to wait way too long to call yourself fast food? The service is unacceptable and a deal breaker which sucks because the food is good.

First and foremost, I would like to state that I have been doing delivery service for over five years now and I have been coming to this Wendy’s for just about that long. I’ve never experienced what I’ve experienced tonight. The unprofessionalism first and foremost was very unprofessional, including the manager that was on staff the staff was very rude and disrespectful. Tell me an order it was not there when the order was actually there had the dining room open .First and foremost, I would like to state that I have been doing delivery service for over five years now and I have been coming to this Wendy’s for just about that long. I’ve never experienced what I’ve experienced tonight. The unprofessionalism first and foremost was very unprofessional, including the manager that was on staff the staff was very rude and disrespectful. Tell me an order was not there when the order was actually there had the dining room open after hours. The dining room closes at 10. They had the dining room open still at 11 and 12 o’clock They stated that it was OK for the dining room to be open and at the end of the day this is their store however, I was there to pick up an order. I was told that the order was not there so I started messaging the customer and letting the customer know that they stated that their order was already picked up. I didn’t told the young lady that. I believe that the order was still there or whoever took. It was not supposed to because the customer Is got the manager when the manager came forward he got immediately. And stated to me, he has no orders on his screen, and he never received that order at all. They then proceeded with another order and then noticed that the order was still sitting where the orders are usually set, but I’m not used to going in the store after hours so I thought it was something very different. I then begin to let the store know that the way that they were operating and how rude and disrespectful that they were, I didn’t stated to them that the store seemed very unprofessional and discombobulated. The staff got upset and said that we’re not discombobulated and she got very argumentative with me. The manager did not do anything about this issue and told me to get out of his store and he was very aggressively speaking to me instead of speaking to his rude staff. The manager then stated that he was going to report me to a delivery service that I do not even work for I was not working for the delivery service that night that he has stated I then proceeded to leave out of the store with the order because eventually I did get the order once I proceeded to leave out the order the staff begin to yell out the drive-through window, calling me different names and saying rude and disrespectful things to me out of the drive-through window, which was very unprofessional. I then got in my vehicle and left and I am now making this report and I will be reporting to the GM of the store and also I will be contacting corporate. This is very unprofessional. I was in a drive-through and I was told to parking and come in at 12 o’clock at night, I have never been told to come in a store after And I thought that that was something different however, I did go into the store after I was even though I noticed that that shouldn’t of been I also made it Known and asked is this new hours of operation the lady stated to me that just for tonight I then stated OK that is fine. I just needed that order back to what I was saying however, I will be reporting this to the GM in corporate. I feel like something needs to take place in everyone on this night. Crew showed a lot of attitude as if they did not want to be there at the present time. Everyone has a job to do at the end of the day and they also stated to me no one should be ordering from their store when they close at 2 AM also, they did not want to fulfill the orders and they say we should not even be out working speaking on the delivery drivers. I then let them know that we are 24 hours so whatever is open we do make sure that we serve

I can never get grape jam jelly. The food is dry, so it would be great if wendys had grape jam, any jam for the dry food. It has happened the last two mornings at two different wendys. Thank you.

When going through the drive-through, I had a worker come up to me and start yelling at me and harassing me. And when I ask another crew member and a manager to get him under control, they did nothing but stare. Completely unprofessional and very unfriendly.

The food was great. The fries were hot as requested, and we tried the spicy crunch Cajun chicken sandwich and it was awesome. The cashier whose name was Calvin was very nice very polite and filled our tray up with a bunch of sauces. Cool beans. Only issue was the drive thru - we left out of the drive thru due to slow service and went inside where we met Calvin!

Did a mobile order at 1756 S. Ridgewood 32119 and had to wait over 30 minutes for an order that should have been ready when I got there. When they finally brought food out to me it was 4 bags of food I didn't order. Took another almost 10 minutes for them to bring out my order. At this point my lunch break is almost over, so I eat on the drive back and the burger buns were not fully defrosted so it was cold and hard. Very bitter I wasted my whole lunch break for a $5 bag of food that I pre ordered 😑
