Don't eat here!!!! The entire place was filthy, the counters, tables, floor, the bathroom and no toilet paper. We received our food with one nugget short, fries were old and cold, and my chicken on my sandwich was cold, the employees were loud and obnoxious and wreaked of Marijuana!!!! Watched an employee gather used dirty trays and put them back out for use. Just disgusting!!!!

Waited 20 mins in line when I was the only car and no one inside. Got my food French toast sticks looked like smashed slice of bread and Cinnabon was hard as a rock I had to throw it all away waste of $13.

The drive through takes forever, even if you order ahead, which is unfortunate because there are times like today where they don't have the one thing you ordered and came there for. I really try to be the person that's understanding (fast food sucks, that's why there's even a second star!) but with everything in me I wanted to cancel my entire order to go eat somewhere that has something I want. But I didn't want to inconvenience the staff and kept my order and was polite and they still acted like I was a problem and talked bad about me when they closed the window like I couldn't hear. It's been frustrating to deal with the service/staff & even if you order doordash or Uber eats & pay the convenience fees to avoid all the drama, they still get the order wrong or it's like old and nasty.

Every time I've ever gone in this location there's a health code violation going on not washing hands and touching cooked food giving random customers to softballs from behind the counter and letting them use them and then putting them back up
Waited at the drive through around 11:50 pm. There was one car in front of me. Waited 10 mins and the car in front of me didn't place their order yet. So I pulled around and went in side. There was a line of people waiting on their orders and a few homeless people sleeping at the tables. 2 people in front of me inside waiting on line, they left after about 15 mins and still didn't get their orders taken. I left after about 20 mins. I saw at least 4 customers leave. Also saw two customers leave without taking their orders because they had been waiting for 40 mins after they placed their order. Totally understaffed and no management skills what so ever. I don't recommend this place for any reason.

This location has adopted a very strange method of operating the drive thru. They will only take one order at a time, have that car pull up and make their order, then once that car is gone they will take the next order. The line is almost always wrapped around the building because of this. It’s so Unnecessary and you would think the food would be hot but it isn’t. Rude order takers as well. A lot of Wendy’s locations are lacking but this one takes the cake for worst service.
