Terrible customer service through drive through. Told me the scanner for free rewards wasn’t working through drive through so I said ok take it off please then she said the manager is busy making sandwiches and can’t right now. I had to pay full price…. Just ridiculous. Will be calling corporate

Horrible sat in drive-thru for 15 minutes just to order when Noone was in line or even 1 customer inside. Then I ordered the biggie bag bacon cheese burger no tomato and another biggie bag for my girl but no onions and add pickel and ketchup. They put tomatoes on both then put onion on the one that I added pickle and ketchup that wasn't supposed to have onion and didn't put any on the one that was supposed to have it. I tried calling to complain for about 30 minutes but no one ever answered. Worst Wendy ever I will never go there again

11 30 am I went to buy lunch for my crew I ordered 11 jr bacon cheese burgers and 5 small fries ...they didn't want to make them , they only had one cook one counter person and one drive thru person ...I never be refused food a fast food restaurant..the cook didn't want to make food ..I understand it was a tall order ..I could of waited though ..

Waited 15 mins in line at 9:25pm at night and everyone ignored me until finally they took my order. Should have went through the drive thru! Dry bun and all the condiments were on the top. Won’t be back!

At 9:35, Tuesday, March 26th I went to my local Wendy’s after work. I thought I was going to get a normal fast food meal and continue on with my evening. As I go through the drive-thru, I order a baconator combo and instead of a regular drink I get an iced coffee, and a small chocolate frosty. I ask the lady on the intercom if she got all of that (intercoms are faulty, i wanted to make sure) and she goes over my order and I correct her that I wanted a iced coffee instead of hot. Neither time did she ask did I want a single or double (she assumed herself and charged me for a double when I was never given the choice to decide.) and sighed deeply and loudly when I asked for the choice of iced instead of hot (another assumption.) I’m rightfully thrown off and everyone else in the car heard her sigh, I’m a little pissed. I paid 16.81 for all of this. When I get home, i unraveled my burger after eating my fries and guess what i see? a nearly completely pink burger. a PINK, NEARLY RAW BURGER.This is insane. On top of the insanely rude customer service, to not even cook my food entirely or atleast to an edible level is just ridiculous and neglectful. I work in the food service industry, I understand that you’re tired when working the night shift, or someone aggravates you. Never have I or will I ENDANGER a paying customer by NOT cooking their food?Also, I called the store twice, the phone was never picked up. I wasn’t given a receipt, and now I honestly think that was intentional. Every step of my experience was horrible, and as someone who genuinely just wanted a quick meal after a tiring day… why?I hope that this issue is resolved, and if not, I will never return to this Wendy’s and honestly not any other stores. This was disappointing and neglectful.I guess making customers sick is the new way of expressing your disappointment with your job?

Mgmt closes drive through on shift changes constantly and askbyou to come in side. Always making card pull off to the side even when slow. Running this business in to the ground

Food was decent however I waited and I’m not exaggerating 10 minutes to even place my order and an additional 10 minutes waiting to get my food. The language was disqusting. It’s literally like it was ran by high schoolers

I am Twyla Spurgeon. I am an Uber eats driver. I had an order to pick up for a customer and was directed to Wendy's at 1959 S. Ridgewood Ave.South Daytona, FL 32119. We arrived at 1:13am and went through drive thru. The person on the inside cut our order off. We then drove through to the window and waited. Several times the manager walked by the window without acknowledging someone was at the window. The workers were fixing food for themselves. A young man that works there knocked on the window and when he was let into the restaurant he grabbed a drink and left. Still no one acknowledged us. While waiting another car approached and told us she was waiting on a double order for Uber eats and had not been waited on. Several cars passed us as they shut the outside lights off before 2am. We knocked on the window twice. The first time nothing. The second time the manager came to the window and told us they were closed. We told her we had been there for a long time, gave her the name of the customer. She walked away and grabbed her personal stuff and quickly put it on the counter. Finally, at 2:15am we left and did not get paid. The delivery was worth $11.35 plus tip. I had to contact the customer and let them know. We are highly disappointed in Wendy's. It was terrible to be treated with such disdain. Any response would be appreciated. Thank you for your time.
