My bowl with wild-caught tuna and octopus ? is sooo yummy!! Fresh little pieces of mango, pineapple, cucumber, pico de gallo (yes, it goes very well!), crisp edamame, crunchy wasabi peas, crispy fried onion, furikake, and sesame seeds bring the fun to a base of sushi rice mixed with quinoa, all drizzled with the special sauce (includes spicy mayo, eel sauce, sriracha ?). Since I got the large bowl it comes with a miso soup (warm umami goodness in a bowl). Claudia was very patient and answered every question, even let me taste the sauces before committing ?Then, when I raved about supporting this woman-owned business I find out she’s the owner ? Definitely visiting again soon— gotta try the finger-shaped pastelitos de guayaba y queso!

Not sure if it was just an off day but I ordered a large poke bowl with half rice and half mix greens and I was given just a few very wilted slimy leaves. I probably should have asked the girl at the counter to open a new bag of mixed greens but I felt awkward and just let it go…when I got home I had to pick out the leaves because they were kinda rotting. I feel like if you’re making a bowl for a customer and realize the ingredients are no good, you should open a new bag.Otherwise the portion size is good and they have a good variety of toppings and the food is tasty. Kinda expensive but honestly the prices are on par with most places in Miami.
