The hash brown was under cooked . It was stuck to the parchment paper. Horrible !!!!! I asked them to please cook it properly and they said that’s how it always made . I been to other Einstein Bros and I never had my hash brown stuck like slime on a parchment paper.

I rarely write bad reviews. Don’t come here unless you have 30 minutes to waste. That’s the honest truth. Whether you want a coffee or a bagel or use the bathroom the wait time is definitely going to be over half an hour. I Ive been to an Einstein bagles many times before at UM campus so I know what to compare it to. Let me tell you i came here at 8:30 AM and there was a group of people already waiting. After five minutes of waiting I finally asked if the person have ordered already, so I can go ahead and order as well. And they said no they’re still waiting. After ordering two bagels, it took 25 minutes to get our order. I don’t know if they run a policy where they wait until a client is fully done with their meal and only after then they can serve you your order. I know it sounds like a joke but it’s only funny if you read it it’s not funny when you’re there. I’m never going to this location ever again and I hope they close down so something that we can use can open instead. Terrible dining experience
