Uber eats DoorDash everything turned off not accepting orders 7:57 PM. Nobody answers the phone. How is the Store supposed to make business? If you can’t order takeout if they need more stuff they need to hire more staff!!!!
They never answer the phone.
They had no vanilla ice cream like are you serious I Think she just had it in the back to not have to work to be honest
The lady who served us got my order wrong. We asked her to fix it and she said no. Not very friendly.
Cute shop in the corner of Sunset. Love the ice cream and service here. The ladies are always so very nice
Poor service. Employee is on the phone the entire time. It was obvious she didn't want to serve us and after she did serve us we hadn't even left the store before she went to sit down to make a call. Never coming back. Pro tip. Hire new people
We tried going in 1 hour before closing. Door was locked for some reason. The employee was inside at the cashier on the phone and looked over and ignored us. Very disappointing but as expected in Miami, big attitude.
Arrived at 8:40 for some ice cream before watching our movie and the employee was closing 20 minutes early and refused to serve us. Very disappointed.
I want my star back and then I show up here and you guys are closed I want my money back
This review is about the horrible service at this particular store and not about the product. Got there yesterday night with my wife and a couple of friends. There was no one else at the store. Had to leave after a 20 minute wait because the only attendant was too busy preparing online orders. Walk in customers are certainly not a priority at this location. Will not return!

No toilet paper or paper towel when I asked the girl for toilet paper she just gave me a handful of paper towels and said they had no toilet

Dirty! Disgusting! No soap in bathroom. I let the cashier know that there’s no soap in the bathroom, and she says, “Yeah, we don’t keep soap in there. There hasn’t been soap in there in a long time.” What?!! So every customer and employee who uses the bathroom doesn’t wash there hands?! Filthy. Avoid this place.
