Horrible costumer service. The manager is beyond rude & unhelpful. They need to hire new staff, they have people working alone and putting their staff’s life at danger for below minimum wage. Not to mention no gloves, and overall just horrible ambient, doesn’t match the South Miami area and honestly should be out of service already.

The lady attending me is rude because I had try to redeem an coupon I had through the haagen-daaz app and the lady refuses to apply the coupon stating they didn't apply the coupon which she was lying and especially it was a birthday coupon I would've love to redeem

Super lame. Place closed at 7pm on a Saturday?????? Sorry south Miami.. and the web site says 11pm.

Uber eats DoorDash everything turned off not accepting orders 7:57 PM. Nobody answers the phone. How is the Store supposed to make business? If you can’t order takeout if they need more stuff they need to hire more staff!!!!

The lady who served us got my order wrong. We asked her to fix it and she said no. Not very friendly.

Poor service. Employee is on the phone the entire time. It was obvious she didn't want to serve us and after she did serve us we hadn't even left the store before she went to sit down to make a call. Never coming back. Pro tip. Hire new people

We tried going in 1 hour before closing. Door was locked for some reason. The employee was inside at the cashier on the phone and looked over and ignored us. Very disappointing but as expected in Miami, big attitude.

Arrived at 8:40 for some ice cream before watching our movie and the employee was closing 20 minutes early and refused to serve us. Very disappointed.

This review is about the horrible service at this particular store and not about the product. Got there yesterday night with my wife and a couple of friends. There was no one else at the store. Had to leave after a 20 minute wait because the only attendant was too busy preparing online orders. Walk in customers are certainly not a priority at this location. Will not return!
