Poor customer service, after ordering online, they couldn’t find my order and 15 min later, they found it. Drove 10 more mins to my final destination, suddenly got a charge of 32dlls. I didn’t pay at the counter or at the drive thru, I did it online. How can they mess it up to charge me for a random order? Tried to contact corporate, and suddenly they just closed my case because apparently I didn’t follow up…?!? When they clearly said, they were going to follow up after they sent the information to the restaurant to request for a refund?They should shutdown this place, everyone seems not having any idea of what they’re doing.

Says their open 24 hours but anytime you come past midnight you're having to wait 10-15 mins in the drive thru just for them to say their closed or only talking DoorDash. I've tried to give the benefit of the doubt but it's basically a gamble on whether or not you're gonna waste your time and patience. Either change your hours of operation on Google or change your staff because it's not adding up.

The slowness of the customer service staff is slow, however on my last visit, I received cordial and diligent treatment from one of the managers, I hope this attitude infects the rest of the staff. It is a traditional, good and iconic fast food place, let's bet on its success

So every time I go the order is messed up one way or another. They'll give me a completely different thing than what I've ordered. And at a certain point they're just not gonna get it right so I end up leaving once it's close enough. But still it's really frustrating to not be able to get anything right ever.
